Small is definitely beautiful. I watch many farm videos but none of them come close to your beautiful farm and beautiful cows. And you are an excellent videographer...the end scenes synchronized to music are stunning..a visutl treat.
Great video! Your ability to organize what needs to be done and then to smoothly transition from one job to the next is admirable. Your conciousness and attention to the details of doing a job right is first rate! I've never worked with a farmer who was even close to being so organized. The system of pallets in the hay loft is simple, but extremely effective. How you handle the straw is brilliant! I love seeing the cattle on the Spring pasture. The calf was too frisky for that small pen. Made me laugh to watch it jump around. Plus you're a good musician! What a beautiful place you have and an even better life.
I am so envious of your farm and how nice and clean and organized you are, very pleasant to look at. as a young farmer id love to one day have something as nice, keep up the awesome videos :)
I see you play guitar, do you also sing?? I would love to hear you sing?? Magnificent dairy farm, there is absolutely nothing I don't like about this hilly farm, it takes my breath away!! "Thank You So Much For Sharing"
We bought a used chopper yesterday. The return journey didn't go as expected as our van went into limp home mode and my father had to call a towtruck to rescue us. Congratulations for 30 000 subscribers.
Great video as always... There's always plenty of work to do in spring on farm. Cleaning up after winter and doing spring work and ready for summer. Be safe

A other great video always interesting see different farming practices from other parts of the world. The spring cleaning jobs are always a good sign love all the tile is this common
It may be a small farm, but judging by the tractors and equipment, it's a prosperous one! And it should be. There's no more demanding life than that of a dairy man
Beautiful!! It amazes me to see videos like this from all around the world and realize that people are pretty much the same everywhere! This looks like it could have been anywhere in the Eastern half of the US!
I really feel motivated when i reflect doing this kind of jobs as an intern in Germany. I hope one day my dream will come true here in Kenya. #Ariso S.S Farm

The place is really starting to green up,and you're getting ready for harvesting again. 👍🏼 Great video. Still waiting to see you play some Johnny Cash on your guitar 😉

Great video! If I may ask does your wife and mother have employment outside the farm? Does your grandpa still help around the farm, like weekend milkings?
Thanks 🙂 well actually I'm the only one working full time on the farm, my wife and my dad have a job and my mother is retired on disability... Grandparents still help wherever they can 🙂
Congratulations on reaching 30k subscribers. It's always nice to see you videos and compare how things are done. I run a 50 head beef farm in the US, lots of similarities but plenty of things different to learn from.
Its an old fruit press, with the screw you screwed the big wooden beam down to press fruit or grapes that was under it, in some kind of a wooden basket. At least I think so, we don't use it anymore 😁
*I have a little question* Why cannot grow other high-income crops which need less water on your fields and use particular areas for animal food? Which is lesser as compared to so big grass land. Farming simulator feeling
Majority of our fields is too steep for arable farming. It would be much more expensive to grow any crop than just to have permanent grassfields as we do now. Also, with 60 cattle herd, we need all the land we have to make feed for them for the winter. As you might know, farming simulator isn't really a simulator... 😉
@@farmerspov4709 I see, but I think I failed to tell what I meant to say, (just an example, adjust according to your nation) I wanted to say as we grow maize from Jan to March in bulk in all fields and then we make Silage from them which does not expire. We use all and in that fields, we grow normal crops, but I see you have some harsh geographical challenges but I hope you will understand. Then we use that land for other purposes. There are some very high-income tree crops which are meant to grow in steepy areas like Sandalwood tree, I don't know if there is demand on your side, but I hope I might be successful in telling what I wanted to say. Try less water crops + if possible trees will give you better returns. @@farmerspov4709 I just started watching your videos and very interested cool your farm is excellent and clean and in good shape . Our your cow’s Jersey? And how many acre’s you have? I know a lot of farmers uses shaved saw dust for bedding it’s good . I see you shredded your hay instead of baling it why? Looks like you uses electric fence lines so cattle go so far in the fields. Never seen that done takes more time to put it up . That is nice having chickens and pigs along with cattle. You and your dad the only one doing all the farm work ?
It's so cool the way the knives drop down below the silage wagon and swing out for easy access
