The t-shirt saying 不法入国者 also has the English phrase "Illegal alien" below the Japanese. If they speak English (not all Westerners are Anglophones), they might be wearing them intentionally. I had bought this t-shirt saying: 日本人彼女募集中 (looking for a Japanese girlfriend), I hoped to be a good conversation starter (or maybe even a relationship, who knows) while at the same time I was worried if it would be bad taste. Well the Japanese people I encountered did not think it was, they mostly found it hilarious (or they did not tell me). Did I meet any girls...nope, おばさんばっかり (old ladies all the time).

I rode a German motorcycle with a Kanji sticker on the back fender for years. My Japanese friends assured me it didn’t say ‘I’m a dumb gaijin” so I thought it was pretty cool. Especially since it was an anti drunk driving message, I’ve never been big on alcohol and mixing alcohol with two wheels is even dumber than in a car. Anyway, thanks for your videos. I worked with people in Japan for a very long time, just wonderful people. I remember a guy I worked with for years before he retired. Toward the end he relaxed the normal Japanese formality slightly, it was great to get to know him a bit more. He was so excited to get back to his little village near Mt. Fuji and spend his time on photography. Given the work load I can’t imagine how good it would feel to approach retirement over there.

Been scrolling for this comment。
I was just about to post a comment saying that! First thing I saw was Ron 🤣
I was looking for this cuz I'm glad I wasn't the only one.
Love your laughter 😆
'Vacuum cleaner' was so unexpected, I think I laughed the most at that one 😂
Also I have a deep appreciation for the person who tripped the groper. I hope they're doing well wherever they are. 👏
Putting a tshirt like that on your kid is like naming your endlessly-hungry pet "Hoover"! 😆
He is a legend 😂 also, listen to his songs as Joji, they’re AWESOME!
The reason kuso is so popular is because well, the kanji looks pretty. People who can't read kanji just see how pretty it is.
I will never understand people not using a simple dictionary for kanji shirts or tattoos....
Even using a dictionary is difficult for them, I guess. Maybe Google Translate in photo mode would be a better option.
Yeah, or asking someone. I wouldn't want to wear something I didn't know the meaning of especially in Japan
The fact that Ron Jeremy is in the background of the groping T-shirt pic makes that pic an EPIC LEGENDARY class! Lmfao
Surprised not to see more comments about this. Guess a lot of kids watching who have noooooo idea.
Ron has been accused of a few things, and is probably the groper being pointed to (not just a thumbs up then)...
Every time George laughs after reading a shirt .I'm like "Oh no what does it say ?"
George: Why is this so popular
Me an American: Because everything looks better when it's not in English. Plus you can wear it to school and not get dress coded.
Also where can I buy the oki doki mode shirt?
Me as a german : everything sounds better, when its not in german 😂😂
Me as a mexican, everything sounds better when it's not in spanish.
The best part of this video is watching George bust up laughing!
The best part of this video is Georges laughing.
Clicked because of the caption. Stayed because of your laugh! 🤘😍🤘
George's laugh after seeing photos eeeeeeehhhhhhhhaaaa😂🤣🤣😂😆😉😍😎😎😎😍😂🤣
i deserve financial compensation for having to hear filthy frank's voice lmao
His voice is CANCER
This is so good! Definitely boost my will of "decoding" (learning) kanji and japanese in general, thank you and looking forward to what you'll be uploading next! 😄🧡
In contrast to this video, there is a clothing brand in Japan called Pervert.
I laugh whenever my friend wears a hoodie with the logo.
I can't help but laugh when you first see the picture that your looking at,then say "Ehhhhh!" and then start laughing! It's contagious, love you George! 😘😘😘🤣🤣🤣💕💕💕💕💕
I would like to thank you for using the phrase "Self deprecating" CORRECTLY.
SO awesome, and I have to explain that phrase to people who grew up speaking English in the first place!
Hello from Texas. I want a kanji shirt that says "George is Shogun"
That 'Be careful of gropers' one- that's Ron Jeremy in the background! Possibly the most apt use of a t-shirt in history
8:58 Ron Jeremy in his background...found the REAL pervert. He needs the "pervert shirt".
I cant help but notice how cute his smile is and expressions aww...
Awe! Eeee I hit my head!!! That was cute lmfao 😂😂😂
I’ve just discovered this channel, third video in and I’m hooked. I just adore his laugh
Love your videos George-kun ❤️
the first 5 seconds had me cracking up 😂🤣🤣
I was feeling shy while hearing the kanji’s meaning. Your smile is so beautiful and you are so gentle.
"Be careful of gropers" with Ron Jeremy standing in the background : pure gold.
George seeing the photo: 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 EHHHHHHH
George while explaining: 🙂🙂🙂🙂 So this means family.
OMG is that Ron Jeremy at 8:54 in the back ?😂😂. It must be an AVN convention which explains the writing on the Kanji T-shirt 😂😁😃
Reminds me of a video called "Do Japanese People Understand English Words Printed On Their T Shirt" where a guy went around telling people what the English on their clothes meant. My personal favourite him translating that they had the words "Naked," "Shoplift," "Fugly," and "Diarrhea" on their clothes.
Thank you sir. I enjoyed this video very much. It was not only the silly things printed on the T Shirts that I enjoyed but I enjoyed your enjoyment when you translated them for us. It was nice to see you laughing and brightened up my day.
Blessings and peace
(3:40) It does say "Illegal Alien" in English too, where "alien" is used for a foreigner. Commonly used for a foreigner to earth, but it's also a foreigner to a country.
