In most cases,to be granted citizenship of another country, u've to renounce ya native citizenship. With that, u become a foreigner. In the case of dual citizenship, the more powerful country citizenship takes precedence.
The entire country of Uganda is corrupted, I was once given a positive covid test at test and fly a day before my flight. I begged the guy to redo my test and he refused, I had to go to private hospital to get a new test which come out to be negative.

There some countries which don't all two citizenship. Others allow you dual but I don't know about uganda
