Hi Dean, I have followed you for 18+ years! Read your books etc, saw Tony in the 90’s Zig Ziglar etc! But you got me interested in real estate, then I got side hustles because I kept saying I don’t have an investor, or money. I didn’t know how to find an investor for real estate to do the wholesaling and I still want to be in real estate, but yet I’m an entrepreneur with all kinds of side gigs, but I have shiny objects syndrome! I don’t stay focused on Side hustle at a time so thank you for this. I appreciate you.
I hear you there. It's hard for me to focus on 1 thing. Maybe your shiny objects can be combined somehow: real estate, teaching others about it, creating a course, learning? That's what I'm trying to do.
