Hey Danny - I was working at Toll Brothers the day that you filmed this. It turned out great! I am at a new community for Pulte Homes in Irvine called Duet. Come on out and film when you are in town.
Absolutely gorgeous, only thing that confuses me is that for such a nice home they have so many wall switches. I feel like lighting control via keypads such as Lutron's Homeworks or others is almost critical in a house this large and magnificent.
The Toll brother home is so beautiful but why is such beautiful home but the front door is single door.I think it's more elegant if they are double door
Love the home. Love the 1 story! What I would change and questions 1. Too rustic..Needs lighter wood, more lavish look, change ALL the lighting. Too Cowboy looking. Would Rather a "WYNN" Los Vegas look. 2. Would have a smaller pool and would add another house. Inside the house would have a 1 bedroom type of apartment style. 3. Would have more outdoor cooking and that I could use outdoors and as a 2nd Kitchean and be able to "close." 4. Would like to know if I can have my own type of pvt gate in front of my home? I don't want people to look at me or my house. 4. Can I add pvt hedges so I don't see the house behind my home? 5. Does the school bus drop of the kiddos in front of the house? 6. What is the gate fee? Is it monthly, twice a year or simply yearly. Does it have a country club type of dinning? IS there a membership cost? YOU didn't show the inside of the garage!

wow your camera skills has improved a lot man I loved it especially if you turn the lens a bit farther, I dont know what its called so it compensates a wider perspective.

One thing I noticed, none of these houses have solar for charging a Tesla, do they have the higher power outlets for EV’s? And the HOA will probably bar you from putting solar on the roof so that sux. After paying over a million dollars and you can’t do anything with the property.

It would be much better for you to hire a professional photographer to take videos. I watched 2 of your videos, none could let me stay for over 3 mins
