Welcome back to my TH-cam channel, in this week's video I made 2 square bowls from the results of 1 woodcut project and produced 2 square bowls with lids, made of various types of wood, for finishing using beeswax, I hope my video can be useful

Your ability to see how each addition of wood color and grain will result in the intricate designs you can then cut, manipulate, glue and turn is just beyond me!! The craftsmanship of the pieces you make before you even start turning it amazing ... as with comments below, I love your seemingly infinite ability to cut/glue/cut/etc repeatedly to produce unique and interesting patterns in the wood ... and as always, you then add in the turning to create quite simply astounding works of art 👍

Get rid of those carbide scrapers and buy some good bowl gouges, they are faster and produce a much smoother finish.
I know your layout was very good because the edges were the same thickness, I’d love to own a nice piece like that!
