Love my Burning poster. Its a rare one under the title "CROPSY", which was the title the movie went by in Memphis, TN.

@@malfuncsean oh I don't doubt it. Strangely enough, many people told me they were watching The Fog when they heard the news and one of my friends was wearing his Creepshow tee! Weird, huh?
I got my C.H.O.M.P.S. one-sheet signed by Wesley too. I also met Kurt Russell at an event for Grindhouse. He signed my Escape from N.Y. laserdisc and a couple of posters too. Nick Castle was very impressed I had Kurt's autograph when I asked him to sign the laserdisc. I meet John Carpenter but didn't have any posters with me to get signed. Nice collection. I need to get some of those folders. I never thought about using those to put posters in. Great video Sean!

Another excellent video. Amazing posters and equally as enjoyable is watching your reactions and enthusiasm as your run down memory lane in your mind showing and describing them. Lot a great movies in there, I must say The Burbs would look nice in that collection as we are speaking to epic films with equally epic casting.
Amazing collection!!! I thought I was doing good having John Carpenter sign my Halloween movie poster. Damn. I'll just sit down , shut up, and look in awe. Incredible stuff man. Well deserved too.
One quick story to share. I met David Naughton at a convention here in Louisville several years back. Such a great guy and a pleasure to speak with. Well, while he and I are having a little chat I hear, " Excuse me" come from behind. I turn around and its Henry Winkler! He says, " I'm so sorry to interrupt but can I get a quick hello in here?" Of course I oblige and I watch these two guys have the most incredible long lost pal home coming I think I have ever seen.
Winkler turns to me and says " His dad and my dad went to the same high schools together like we did. Isn't he amazing?" I'm sitting there getting this personal history all to myself so I'm just standing back with this shit-eating grin on my face feeling like I just fell into an episode of the Twilight Zone. Both amazing people and so utterly grounded individuals. David felt like a guy I had known my whole life. Just good people.
Hey thanks for sharing your collection. You should consider writing a book about all of your interactions through the years with these famous folks. I've worked in the convention business for 25 years, so I know if I have a few interesting tales, yours would be out of sight. I would pay to read them.

Amazing collection Sean, I had some great autographs from being a musician and getting to meet some awesome people. I had some great actors and actresses as well and unfortunately they were all stolen from me and never recovered and I just don't have it in me to start over.
I have quite a bit of one sheets in my collection, nice to see yours, Sean.
Great Video and awesome posters. So many great autographed ones. Good Lucky getting "Rickey" from "Better Off Dead." The actor is Dan Schneider, who became a big Nickelodeon producer. He made "ICarley, Zoey101, The Amanda Show (Amanda Bynes), Drake and Josh, Victorious (which introduced Arianna Grande.) They were huge hits, but unfortunately, Nickelodeon and him parted and they severed ties with him after accusations arose from some actors.
Yeah I’ve heard the stories. Sucks because he’s so great in Better Off Dead and The Big Picture.
I saw Ghost in NC and got to hang out with the whole band after the show. They had on no masks and ask for no phones or cameras to be present. They were all so young. KILLER live band.

I need that poster portfolio / binder book! I have so many posters that I’ve collected over the years but they’re rolled up in cardboard tubes. I smell a poster organizing project!
Same, I have about 20 tubes with various posters rolled up together. Would love to give them the space and protection they deserve and this looks like a fantastic way to organise!

I can't believe that they don't make a plastic tote(27×41) that slides under the bed for movie posters. I've searched for years and never have found one. I use a Flat screen tv box reinforced with duct tape. It slides nicely under the bed and keeps my posters flat. I do want the portfolio, though. Makes carrying around alor easier. Anyway great video.

The posters are incredible and the signature is blow my mind you have no idea how hard it is to get a lot of these big stars autographs in Alberta Canada. Over the last couple years I was able to get some of the big boys of horror like Nick Castle, Robert England, Kane Hodder and CJ Graham but all of them came to Calgary which is a 3 Hour drive from where I live lol totally worth it though but I can’t imagine Christopher Lloyd or John Cusack or Michael J Fox even though he was born in Edmonton actually coming here for a con.

Love the Army of Darkness collection. When I'm rich and famous that's the franchise I plan to snatch up every piece of merchandise I can get my hands on.

As for the Clerks poster, I believe the woman who played Caitlin died a couple years ago.
The film took a heavy loss. Grossed 13 million against a 30 million dollar budget.Screen used stuff is probably already sold off by the studio. Best film of the trilogy for the one liners and slapstick comedy.

Fuck dude, that's such a great collection. I especially loved the Amityville ll, Class of 1984, Beast Within and The Burning ones. Love those films so much. I will definitely be buying myself a couple of those art port folio folders. I have shit loads of posters that needs framed but this is the way to go as I have so many. I couldn't possibly frame everything that I have, just wouldnt have the room. I have an original Evil Dead poster from 1981, I seen that going for £500 recently on Ebay. Anyway, take care bro! 🎃

Better Off Dead is a fantastic movie. It's already out on blu-ray, but would love to see someone like SHOUT Factory or Arrow Video give it a proper go with some special features.

Kurt Russell would be fantastic to see at a convention someday, but I wouldn't even know where to start, how could people narrow down one item for Kurt to sign! I'd probably go with The Thing or Big Trouble. I was lucky enough to meet George Romero too, I think more directors should do conventions. I saw John Landis at LFCC in London, looked like he was having a blast meeting fans.
I seen him at the Sun Theatre here in Australia back in Jan 2016 when I watched The Hateful Eight on 70mm. Him, QT and Sam Jackson spoke on stage. Couldn't get anywhere near them. They came because QT wanted to inspect the cinema.
PS. Matt Dillon is my unicorn, need him to complete a few '80s Coppola pieces for me!

It is signed by pretty much every key person and on display next to my full size TRON arcade game.

Beautiful collection! I just blindly bought a box of about 100 posters. Looks like a good amount of 80s-90s horror. I need to get some of those portfolios. Do you know where to get them without spending crazy amounts of money?

Another great collection video? Sean your pic with the Aliens cast, did you meet them in Calgary, Canada? They did the Aliens reunion here years ago and it’s my hometown! I was there and went to the reunion panel discussion but was only able to get Sigourney Weaver’s autograph. It was an epic convention!
I think the one you are talking about was from Comicpalooza in Houston, TX.

Which movie print do you enjoy the alternate version more than the original or one used at theater lobby?
What do you mean exactly?
@@malfuncsean so let's say you go to the movie theater and you see a horror movie poster you like but then later on you see an alternate version of that movie poster and liked it better. It can be a different foreign poster or just a different regional poster or even one that they used to advertise in the newspaper. Hope that makes better sense. I'm excluding alternate covers for vhs/dvd/bluray/4k special edition etc.
@@malfuncsean think of the original The Fog with JLC at the door in the red shirt then think about the alternate poster that showed Drake with the green or blue fog behind him
@@pokes986 Ok so more like the teaser poster verses the standard release poster. Or maybe a foreign one? Off the top of my head I like the International 1981 My Bloody valentine poster more than the American one. I'll show both in a future episode. I like the painted Re-Animator poster better than the one that's a photo of Herbert West. Those stand out to my off the top of my head.

Did u get the poltergeist clown from planet Hollywood in Vegas?
No. I've had mine for close to 20 years. That one was bought by the Ghost Adventures guy. There were 4 made for the film. These are the only two known to still exist.
