  • This is a conversation with Dan Lepard. Dan is an Australian baker, food writer, photographer, television presenter and celebrity chef who has been well-known for fusing historic baking methods with creativity and innovation.
    He is the author of the best-seller ""The hand made loaf"" which brings together more than 80 recipes from artisan bakers from all over Europe. In this conversation, we talked about his beginnings as a photographer for Vogue Italy, we explored the reasons why he adopted baking as his new professional career, his experience in Australian television and his point of view about the culture of naturally fermented bread in Europe and Japan. We also talked about the future of baking and he even revealed some secrets that he discovered recently while experimenting with doughs.

    The minute Lepard started his Virtue Signalling nonsense about "not using refrigeration" because it was "anti environmental" - he lost all credibility. He uses every other source of power including cars, flying around the world, Trains ... everything that powers his phone and the very Podcast he appears on being beamed across the world - BUT ... Dan seems to think he's saving the World by not using Refrigeration while Baking some BREAD!!!!! Get a life and a mirror ...

      I kind of agree...I mean did he bake his bread over a fire too? Lol
