Actually the USA didnt sign the treaty of versailles and the other ones. Wilson left the conference and the Entente as he wanted self determination for all people, even for the territories of the Entente (Middle East, Italy and other colonies). So the USA made their own peace treaties later with the central powers in 1921.

Britain actually offered to move troops through Norway to help Finland against Russia if Norway would stop trading with Germany and allow British troops in to key locations. I think that would have changed everything and been very bad for the outcome of the war.

world war 2 was a war that was 100% preventable at so many points. Just starting with the Treaty of Versailles and ending with the stupid appeasement.
Having a different peace deal would've led to other problems and either way the Great Depression would've helped H rise to power
