Toen ik als vijftienjarige in Rotterdam op school zat,Kwam ik in de middag altijd met de trein naar huis. het eerste zicht op de “Grote kerk”vanuit de trein over de rivier de Merwede vond ik als vijftienjarige al fenomenaal. dat gevoel is nooit meer weggegaan. als ik nu thuiskom van een buitenlandse trip ervaar ik nog steeds dat zelfde gevoel van toen
