By the way! Living IN your residential rental causes TONS of issues (Owning a residential rental ALSO causes tons of issues too). I myself have played maybe 20-30 hours of for rent so far, and I have gotten multiple error codes for the first time ever just with this update. There are problems with rentals "duplicating" themselves in your UI menu. There's a really bad bug where theres a chance if you evict someone they wont get assigned as "Currently Not In World" in the households menu, they just go into limbo, so you have to find them and move them into somewhere or you literally cannot play the game. Just be warned..... There was one day I went through 6 hours of troubleshooting just to fix 5 different bugs and I was forced to settle living with 2.
You can go to Henford on Bagley to water some plants. There are a few by the area near the pub and more close to the pond in the middle neighborhood. I forget what the neighborhoods are called. Also Windenburg has a public garden where the gardening club meets so there may be plants to water in that location as well. Assuming they are in season of course.
The one and only time I had this happen in my game I confronted him once and he left. I'm not sure how its supposed to work but I think its safe to say it doesn't work correctly just based on other streamers confronting the ghost numerous times and nothing happening.

You have more than enough storage for appliances. 2 appliances slot onto the Home Chef Table & when you aren't using them or the table you can put appliances in your pockets.
You should recruit a family member to move in and help you maintain the lot and/or construct more furniture for your future apartment building 😎 no shame in getting a little help sometimes!

James, you can put the food items into the selling table without putting it in the fridge because the selling table will keep it fresh for the same amount of time as the fridge will! (There's a little cooler added to the table for visuals, but it still works as a fridge).

Keep the Grim BUT the sell from inventory was broken for me too when I played. I kept finding duckies in a sand pile and inventory showed 0 simoleons for value, but they did actually sell for more either in build mode or sales table.

Go to Oasis Springs and research, water, harvest and talk to plants there (it's always dry). Also - Romance Festival - great for harvesting plants.
And the plants usually include a really good money maker or two!
