@@fallenslave6684 how has he made an "entire career" out of a few minutes of footage of this woman in particular? Louis Theroux has professionally covered diverse topics through various mediums since 1992 and gained critical success long before he came in contact with the WBC.
As soon as Jael says "she was a liar, hon," it shows that she's gotten defensive, like she's struggling with the human side of suddenly rejecting a friend
It's a shame that Jael is still a member there. I bet if she left she would be much more of a beautiful person inside and out.

She actually sounds like her mum. That's a very very bad thing in this case.
Yeah, it's awful. In the original documentary she comes across as a rather sweet, charming young woman who's struggling a little to put on this face that she's been brainwashed into. In this follow-up, there's still something there but a lot of the humanity seems to have gone and any possible signs of inner conflict have seemingly disappeared. So sad.
The woman in the documentaries is not her mom. Her mom hasn't appeared in any media or TV shows.
Shirley does have a monotone voice. Unlike her Pops He has got a Hillbilly twang.

All human beings deserve death?, I question if she is in the correct role as a nurse, caring for people, and already thinking that they are destined for hell, it is quite obvious her heart is not with the people she has the responsibility to look after, all I can say is God help us.

Lauren Drain, daughter of now former member Steve Drain. Steve kicked Lauren out of their home for going against some of the church's teachings a couple years before this documentary was released.
