[spoiler] she's not in the trunk, she's in the backseat! it was confirmed by Masahiro Ito that she is in the car, but he dislikes the english-speaking audiences' tendency to say she's in the trunk. he said that's really not a japanese thing and in his mind displays a lot less respect for her body.
