    I have being to Yerevan twice now, and wanting to move there with my partner, but last time I checked, the apartments were skyrocketing too much and too fast. To get a decent one bedroom apartment (outside Yerevan), you should consider paying not less than 800$/month. It is very unfortunate. And THAT brown colour that is plaguing the furniture everywhere you search is incredible. 🙄

      hahaha honestly I did! I would be laying in bed and would hear a sound and jump and make sure my blanket was over me. Many nights I ended up sleeping in the living room on the pull out couch

      ohhhh interesting!!! Actually I haven't thought about that but since you mentioned, many nights, I ended up setting up and sleeping on the pull out couch in the living room. It felt more private haha

      Thank you so much haha I think next time I'll aim for something smaller, just a bit newer. It's tricky with all the prices rising. But yes, the balcony was definitly worth it with that view

    you have not given the details of the apartment's addres , exact spot , and the rent you gave and wha is the deposit you kept with the land lord.
