The Yerevan Square is very cultural and beautiful, and it’s really suitable for taking pictures! I like that lady’s laughter, it feels so friendly! Her cooking skills are great, and the handmade Fettuccine made with that traditional pasta maker must be delicious! That Lavash roll is very attractive to me, no, I should say that every delicacy is very attractive to me, haha! But the most important thing is the desserts. After watching the production process, I feel that Armenian desserts are works of art! Armenians have many kinds of dolma. Usually, we make minced meat with rice and herbs to stuff vine leaves, bell peppers, eggplant, zucchini, cabbage, silverbeet. We also have variations without meat but with rice, spices, herbs, lots of onion, and olive oil. Additionally, pine nuts, currants, and lemon juice are used. We also stuff fish, chicken liver, lamb spleen, and mussels.

Armenians, just like other Soviet republics , lost thousands of people to Stalins’ death marches , so they did not wait long to get rid of that bloodsuckers’ statues . By the way , Stalin was the one who gave Armenian lands Nakhichevan and Nagorno Karabakh to then newly formed Azerbaijan ( there was never such country before) , setting in motion the conflict that takes lives still today .

Glad you enjoyed, just want to clarify one thing: Surp Hripsime Church isnt the first example of an Armenian church, in fact there are several churchs far older than it, with Etchmiadzin Catherdral (shown just a few seconds later) being the first Christian cathedral in the WORLD ever made! :D
