Thank you very much Prof for not only this video but all the Anatomy videos. For other students like me, you can also use the mnemonic "OTOMAX" for structures in the lateral wall of the cavernous sinus so us not to confuse "M" for Mandibular Nerve. At least "MAX" will tell you straight that its Maxillary nerve.
@TimothyWataka
You are always welcome with love and respect ❤️. Your feedback (OTOMax) is highly appreciated, and I will put it in my consideration.

Hello Sir,,can one use the phrase outer perosteal layer in place of outer endosteal layer?
Endosteal is from inside
Periosteal is from outside
@@AdelBondok Thank you for the clarification
God bless you @adel bondok🙏🙏

Sir first of all again thank you for everything. You cannot imagine how much you help me. Just to make sure: On Both sides the Transverse sinuses continue as the sigmoid sinuses and on both sides sigmoid sinuses continue (or drain into) internal jugular vein? And to make sure: on both sides, superior petrosal Sinus connects cavernous Sinus with transverse sinus and on both sides inferior petrosal sinus connects Cavernous sinus with internal jugular vein? And transverse sinus on the left is continuation of the straight sinus and on the right continuation of the superior Sagittal sinus?
Thank you , you are my best teacher ❤❤❤🙏🙏🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

The tentorium cerebellum posterior margin is attached to what and what?? i can’t hear and there’s no subtitles
The posterior border is attached to:
1. Groove for the transverse sinus.
2. Groove for the superior perosal sinus.
3 . Posterior clinoid process.
Thank you sir for, well I have been experiencing something with my head or brain don't know what to say. But last year August 2021 I started having this electric shock inside my head and it stopped following month September it started again and then I was feeling somehow but no headache especially when I sit or stand in one particular place for a while I feel pain from my back and the centre of my head, I did X-ray for the back nothing but lumbar thoracic spams and when under the air conditioner my back hurts and dull pain in the head. When I push the back of ear upward I feel a shift in the middle of my head. Don't know what this could mean if you can help. Thank you
