Great question. Guest posting is when you post on another website. In SEO, people often use it to get more exposure to their website as well as to get a backlink to their site. Extremely actionable video, please keep sending them they are incredible. Quick question: I try to use the alert for the word " ciclomontañismo" or mountain biking in english. I used the language in English and i got the latest result in the list a you tube video from 2012. I know that i should use spanish as languaje but i just want to understand why if i use english , google trend have me such a old results ? Any idea ? Thanks
Not entirely sure as that's based on Google's product/system. You may want to refine your search query to get more relevant results to avoid getting irrelevant ones.
Google alerts looks good but actually, when things are free from google you can't expect much. They send you a few links but when searching manually you find much more. It cannot be that Google doesn't find this. They do it on purpose because they want you to pay.
Ahrefs Thanks Ahref for a response. I mean receiving notification from google alters based on, matching my configurations with content that had been indexed. Google alters the rule of selected this indexed content based on the newest one. is there is anything else?
Is there any way to get a list of relevant sites in an industry by the amount of traffic the site receives from google? For example the top 100 sites about bicycles in the UK...
You can create your own list of domains, and then run them through the batch analysis tool within Ahrefs. Also, you can enter in a domain in your niche in Site Explorer, go to the Competing Domains report, and then run a batch analysis.
@@AhrefsCom I'm talking about what exactly should I write in the code itself. For example I have this site : evaluationreviews.website/Cloudy%20Tech/index.html and I'm trying to write SEO that's what I have written :

Afaik, there's no paid version of Google Alerts. Also, if I am not wrong, Google Alerts send new alerts every time they find something new about the term you requested for, but Google shows you indexed pages related to what you're searching for. Quite different. - SQ
This 11 minutes video have taught me so much than I have learnt about Google alerts in years. Thanks for this video

Based on what google sends me an alter about a certain topic that matches my configuration?
-Index URL
-Newest
- What else?
Please advise.
I am sorry, not sure I got your question =\

Thanks. just to clarify - A batch analysis will provide estimated traffic data?
In Ahrefs, it does.
Look I understand what are you trying to explain but I don't know to apply in my site so can you help me more in this ?
If you follow the steps in this video and use your own data for alerts - you should be good to go. What kind of help do you look for?
