I love Ahrefs and your videos but Your not correct when you say "Keyword stuffing" your name is not helpfull for ranking. Just ask anyone that does "Rank and Rent" sites like myself.
I do not think you will have high chances to rank with individual landing page. Paid ads will work, but not organic rankings. Think about possible content that you can create on your site, like services, success stories, a couple of blog posts that will help people to choose right product or solve a simple problem on their own. Excellent video! I don't agree with a person who hides their address however. In my view, that is a sure-fire way to NEVER rank on local searches vs competitors. This is common for instance for plumbers who work from home vs. those who have a physical address. Google rigs this against the former, and they never show unless they have a "real" address visible in my experience.

My city and local municipalities all seem to charge for business listings (annually). The prices vary but ~$150/yr. Is it worth it?

When building backlinks, is there any value in links that are nofollow? I notice that a lot of sites do the no-follow set up when linking to my site.

Isn't local citation just link building?
Local citations are links, however, they are a bit different to other "link building" tactics that many SEOs have become accustomed to like "Broken Link Building," which requires a different approach.

Although I would like to ask a follow up question in regards to the Google Markup Helper, if it is mandatory to use it if I already know how to create my own HTML. And how important is it to have a niche on my brand name? Because I made a marketing consultant agency but I just named it without the use of any niche keyword. I just name it into a unique name.
