Can you explain what this quickshifter is to a newb like me? Do you have to squeeze the clutch? I think u said you don’t let off the gas? I so want a duke 390 or a Yamaha 321 naked.
That is correct so if I’m wanting to go wide open and. Don’t want to let off the gas to clutch and shift then that’s where the quick shifter comes to play. I can stay wide open on the throttle and up shift through the gears.
Is that the quick shifter + that auto blips down as well. Their website says it’s compatible with our bikes (2021 390 duke). But when I bought the software update from the dealer there’s no quick shifter option in the menu they said it just shifts up. Is that what you got or did they not install it right?
@@burnoutbobby if you could that would be amazing, called KTM they said it should be in the menu under motorcycle where abs is. Called like 4 dealers and they all said the 390 duke doesn’t do that, been going crazy.
I live in orlando and i know what you mean about those love bugs, id be riding on i4 and out of no where a stack of em hit my neck and that shit stings a little haha
@@burnoutbobby foreal im starting to hate riding in florida in general, florida is bipolar, it dont know if it wants to be sunny or rainy, it would literally rain out of nowhere on clear day, then sometimes its sunny then it gets cold asf. Im just glad your back making videos, so i wont have to go out riding as much i did lol.
You're telling me I love in Central Florida and I own a white truck. It sucks. But the worse yet is when I was stationed in Alaska the mosquitoe are so big they will carry little dogs away 🤣
You will absolutely love it! I’ve got like 4 of my buddies to get them and all enjoy it so much. Descent amount of power and handles like an animal. Just hooks to the ground.

@@burnoutbobby what do you physically do to change gears? Switch with just your foot?
@Johnny V yes quickshifter means u don't let off and don't clutch , just change gears and it does the rest

So I noticed it only rev matches a little on the downshift on mine.
