Hi Dr. Z, I just found out I passed the NCLEX with 80 questions! I am a second time test taker and I found out about you about 20 days before my exam, listened to all your podcasts and YT videos. You truly made me connect all the content points together. The method was AMAZING in controlling my anxiety and not over looking and missing any parts of the question. I am not one to write comments often but I def HAD to this time. Thank you so so much!

chronic stable angina AKA angina pectoris is chest pain during activity but will go away with rest. So when they exercise , do their ADLS they have angina but when they rest the angina goes away so yes 1 will be correct cos when patient is able to shower comb hair without pain then the nitroglyecerin was effective!

You have to know the signs and symptoms of chronic stable angina, remember it’s predictable

Purpose of nitrates is to ultimately relieve pain so thats an answer you should looking for with a question like this. But also, I crossed out 4 immediately mostly because the question never gave a baseline of the patient's BP so theres no way to even know those vitals improved or not.

Remember stable angina is chest pain during any type of exertion. So if a patient is taking a nitrate, it’s therapeutic response is for the patient to do activities without any angina.
