Also to expand on #1 and orthopedic injuries as a distractor (I work on an orthopedic unit) often times these surgeries and procedures may end up being delayed or canceled because there are higher priority operating room cases.

I picked 2 for peritonitis… ask graph???
Answer was 3
3 because of AAA ( Abdominal aortic aneurysm
