I have a better advice for you, just fall in love with English culture and people, you won't need any habits, you won't even notice the passage of time, and if you don't love them then give it all a rest, you won't learn anything just lose a lot of time. You can also become English language junkies, like me. In time you won't be able to carry on without yet another lesson, simply imagine that Joseph is your dealer and you need your dose of the language. I think a bit of humor can also be helpful.
