I dont blame the mother to want a moment for herself, i used to live near a family with a daughter with a mental illness, the father had an illness that made him stay in bed, the other kids ran away when they got older and the mother was taking care her daughter alone, the mother was struggling until her child beat her so much, she had to go the hospital, thats when her brothers told her to put in a institution, she didnt want it but at the same time she couldnt handle her child and taking care of her husband. One day the girl beat her mother in the head thats when everything fell apart. The girl went to a mental institution and the mother was cared by her brothers and sisters, the next year the husband died. It was tragic.
Oh my god this story is so heartbreaking. I’m so sorry the mother had to go through this and the whole family really. It’s not easy for anyone. As much as you love people in your life, and as many sacrifices you’re willing to make, there’s only too much you can take and too much you can do. Sometimes taking these decisions is necessary for both parties. I don’t think people with mental disabilities want to hurt their loved ones this much, and I don’t think parents want to leave them in institutions. It’s just the best course of actions sometimes.
The state had me do this to my son or lose the rest of my children. It was the hardest decision I had to make. To this day he still doesn't speak to me 💔

I hope you and your family stay safe and please dont blame yourself, you didnt have a choice. The mother of my story didnt take that decision on time and the consecuences were tragic (more than i wrote it...). I wish you and your family the best.

Shaun exhibits enough stereotypical autistic traits, he strikes some of my autistic friends as a stereotype. I can kind of see it. The plots, the supporting characters, though -- it's pretty damn good medical drama.
