What a race! I haven't watched flat track very much but it makes for great racing! All about finding as much traction and drive as possible out of those corners, and controlling the bike to not drift up at all, but I absolutely loved the close racing. Cool that there is a woman out there competing and doing quite well also! Count me in for more of this!

So hard to watch these new kids try and ride a dirt tracker. I rode in the seventies. My heroes were guys like King Kenny Sr., Mark Brelsford, Jay Springsteen, Gene Romero, When we rode we actually slid the bikes sideways push the front wheel for braking at times and lowsides were fairly common. The new tracking style needs a little more passionate effort.
agree nothing like pitching that bike ... My older brother, younger brother and I all road in the 80s in the Northwest. ( LOL) sometimes we all shared the same bike in different classes if we had bike problems or thrash like heck between heats to get 1 back up and going. A true sport where others help each other 👍 to old and broke down now to ride ... but wish I could still ride.
American Flat Track is truly America’s original extreme sport! I LIKE IT!

Saw that on pavement, same bikes, asphalt track tires, lotta Harley Davidsons
DALLAS AND SHAYNA ROCK! I hope Brent Pierce Photography was there to caputre the racing!
Kind reminds me of short track speed skating. One constant turn.
Thats a half mile track and they run down the straights at well over a hundred mph..., on 2 wheels.
thank you
Speedway GP has a more exciting format. But both good racing.
Do they ever go the other way or is it always counter clockwise?
Counterclockwise
Not intentionally.
The editor cuts away to different scenes when important things are happening!
Apparently I will literally watch anything that includes motor powered vehicles driving competitively or maybe it's just because of covid.
Check out the peoria il tt races
Probably not this year
@@markwarren5644 your probably right
If they don’t go sideways seal the track.
Shame the action did'nt match the commentary.
This is the weirdest racing I've seen

Its only been happening for 100years or so
Speedway and flatrack same but way different
This is how motorcycle racing started. As another said it's been going on for over 100 years. Watch the harley documentary.
Flat track racing on a banked oval?🤯
Eldora!!!!
This track is too short for multi cameras. Too flipping around. These bikes sound weird compared to the 70s bikes (H.D. Iron 883)
need more up close shot, detailed movement of rider will make a better video

Young texter she can go.
Boring
Rubbish racing only americans like .Try watching proper speedway racing thats exciting .
Can this be any more boring......it's almost as boring as NASCAR racing!
