Killing Floor 2: HoE Santa's Workshop Solo Commando Long Game w/Krampus

- The opt-in beta for Christmas update has arrived surprisingly early this year for PC.
To join the opt-in beta for PC follow these steps.
1. Go to your steam game library
2. Right click Killing Floor 2 then go into properties
3. Find the betas tab on the top
4. Select the beta into preview-
5. Let the update install
With this update, Tripwire has added 2 new maps. Santa's Workshop which caters to the event this year, and Shopping Spree a community map that has finally gone official. 4 new weapons have also been added for SWAT/Commmando, Berserker, and demo. the Tommy Gun, Fire Axe, Battle Axe, and M32 all returning from the first game.
In this run I showcased Commando's new weapon the Tommy Gun. The Tommy Gun is a strong alternative tier 2 weapon choice which replaces the SA80. It's damage ranges from moderate to high based on the upgrades. With it's high mag capacity and quick reload times, it makes for a great secondary weapon in commandos arsenal. I wouldn't say it could replace any of the tier 4s but it can certainly hold it's own for it's tier placement. As for the map, Santa's Workshop is a progression map same as Krampus Lair from last years Christmas but with actual map objectives that span throughout the whole game. While I don't mind these objective modes, they can be quite repetitive throughout the waves doing the same tasks over and over. Most waves felt pretty underwhelming with nothing to shoot up until the end that is. But it's direction and scenery more then made up for it. I'd like to see more objective based maps but with more challenge based objectives. I'll upload shopping spree with demolitionist with the M32 soon. Thanks for watching!

Yeah, right? Like give us some more Firebug or Demo weapons. I haven’t touched either one since getting them to 25 just after the Halloween event ended because I only play solo, but they’re certainly lacking in terms of weapons.

But I mean, Commando needed a bit more to their inventory.
MikeKage Commando need either a LMG or a minigun.
Still, commandos need something like an M60, PKM, or Minigun. The Stoner 63 feels underwhelming.

I'm amazed. When I play, it looks hectic and, at least most of the time, rather inaccurate. Your gameplay looks almost hilariously good. You know exactly what to do and where to be and your aim is pretty much on point. Would be cool to get on that level at some point.

u forgot to mention that tommy gun almost got no recoil in hands of commando and swat too ... even the large back side of it can block aiming when using iron sight but..eh.. it can be handled

Quick question, there are specific bosses/soundtracks for maps? Santa's Workshop/Krampus Lair only plays christmas soundtrack and you only fight Krampus Abomination in the end?

Great video. I haven't played this game since they messed with being able to reload your guns and cancel the last bit of the animation. I didn't notice that in the gameplay? Have they reverted that change or is there a new way to do it? Thanks
They have reverted the RC and rebalanced it for the gunslinger by only register ammo if you actually put the clip into the second gun.

How do you manage to play Commando, Swat, and other shooting perks in narrow maps like The Descent? When I played with them I always died, which pissing me off. Firebug is the only perk how I manage to survive in narrow maps. But as I watched your gameplays, you've succeded always. How are doing this?

I find it odd that the Tommy gun is under the commando class when it's a submachine gun. You'd think it would be under swat since that class is submachine guns. Eh doesn't matter its classification, still gets the job done

Santa's workshop on HoE, done solo with Berserker, it's freaking crazy as f*ck. But i like the cutscene there he's workshop get blown, if you fail too stuff the snuke, up Krampus hole.😀
Dude The tommy gun rekts fleshpounds in just about one clip, can't say the same for the scrakes since it just kills them in one full clip unless you get headshots then he melts

It might end up being better on the SWAT side of things. But for Commando, I still don’t see a reason to use anything but the AK12, especially in solo games. In burst mode it’s got the highest DPS of any assault rifle.
