Sheraton Tel Aviv's Greek Party 2014

The Sheraton Tel Aviv Sales Team headed by Anat Shilon, Director of Sales & Marketing pulled together an exciting event featuring a Greek concept in the swimming pool area of the hotel, for all the key accounts, agents, leading industry leaders, representatives of embassies and VIP guests on Monday, September 8th.
Executive chef Charlie Fadida carved an ice mountain around the bar area, and prepared a sumptuous Greek menu featuring barbunia and red mullet fondue, grilled grey mullet with siziki, stuffed wines leaves, and a dessert station including sorbet and éclairs and fresh fruit.
