GIGA Healing & Massive Damage! This Butterfree Grass Deck is SO FUN! - Pokemon TCG Pocket Gameplay

I really wanted to mess around with Butterfree and Venusaur in the same deck and so we came up with this! It's worked quite well and Butterfree adds a great amount of sustain. I think it might be better if you go with the Koffing route, but who knows! It's early days!

I find the trick to playing Venusaur EX is to resist the urge to fill your bench. I run early 1x Exeggutor EX for pressure OR sack two basics immediately while I build up Venusaur. Then once you're 2 points down you have a single Venusaur with 3-4 energy on the board which your opponent _cant_ _Sabrina_ _out_ so he just sits there like a rock.

Venasaur-EX has been my go-to deck after about a week of playing. It is such a solid card if it gets going. I like to run Kangaskhan for the 1 energy attack investment and the beefy HP so I can stack the Lilligant and Bulbasaur reliably in the early game.

Liligant is probably better but butterfree is more fun

Both are bad. You just need 2 caterpie for his find a friend attack and thats it. The rest are trainers and item cards.
