Audio is screwed up. Others are mentioning it too! Danny BOY should be looking into it instead of having to "get attention" by pretending to analyze. No worries, DANYA' WILL CARRY HIM!
You have to give Alireza credit for his defending. He was in bad positions all the time, and Sasha only converted half the time. In the end, the better player won, but if Sasha had just found a few moves here and there, the match would've gone his way.
I guess the Lord took some time off to make Wesley win. 😂 Chess is more important than the vast universe and kids with cancer! 🙄 This just proves brilliancy in chess does not carry over... 😅
Honestly when I hear inteligent people that play chess say things like throw the eval bar throw the window or something like it don't make sense at the moment I just wonder if they really wanna learn or if the really think the computer don't know what it's saying and they literally know they can never beat the engines and yet they say things like that the reason why everyone is not magnus or stockfish they limited with leaning
What they mean is that when top players or chess enthusiasts say to ‘throw the eval bar out the window,’ they’re highlighting that the engine’s evaluation doesn’t always capture the human element of the game. For players, including Magnus Carlsen, the dynamics of a position go beyond the engine’s numerical assessment. They have to manage factors like stress, fatigue, and pressure, which can affect their decision-making process. Unlike a computer, human players are also subject to potential distractions and psychological influences that an engine doesn’t experience. Thus, a position that’s rated as winning by Stockfish might not always translate into a straightforward win for a human player. Also, a bit of personal advice? Don't go around throwing stuff about people being "limited with lea(r)ning" when your ELO is most likely in the ~300 range (and your english is broke AF).
Danny rensch commentary sucks. he emits an obnoxious, eye-rolling aura. When he’s not submissively submitting himself to anyone with GM he’s pretending to analyze. When he speaks, he isn’t confident or is quicky influenced by his co-analyzer. reminds me of a sad hyena at the bottom of the totem pole.
Jeez. I don't particularly like Rensch, but just how much of a beta do you have to be to broadcast in such obvious fashion that you're envious of the guy? Have some self-respect, ffs.
@@999SickBoy666 no where in my comment am I expressing envy. I would ask about your reading comprehension but judging by your name, you’re clearly on the spectrum.
Audio check beforehand please... The first few minutes were painful to hear.
EDIT: 00:37:10 for start from fixed audio
15 mins in and i'm fighting for my life against the audio

6:51:25 Wesley missed an easy forced checkmate!! Immediately recaptured the knight when Qxf2 just wins on the spot. Surprised nobody mentioned this!
Yep happens sometimes with GMs. Hikaru and magnus missed M1 few days ago.
@@vaibhavk966 for sure! I’m just surprised they didn’t look into why the engine flagged it as a miss 😅
My opponents would always find a way to win expediently in all of the positions seen here
Wesley So is my rock 🔥🔥🗿
We still don’t know what was Alireza eating
It's just a flat peach basically.

Firouza is a snake. Plain and simple.
Alireza gave Grischuk a draw after he mouse slipped when tilted. That is what a gentleman does not a snake.
