And she is strong but after her mothers death, it really hit her. She has no one. Elena cares more about Damon and vice versa. Stefan was the only one she thought she can count on, but he wasn't there and was too late. Bonnie was gone and was more friends with Elena. And all guys in her life, could never be with her for very long. Then lets get into the family situation. Her mother originally thought she was a monster and couldn't even look at her, it took a long time for them to get over it and be team again then she dies.. Her father, literally tortured her, then accepts her only to later die (by choice). She was nearly died what, three or four times (two of which were Klaus's fault). She was tortured by wolves as well. She has gone through so much pain and its understandable after her mother's death that she just wanted to not be strong caroline, the one that always can be depended on and push forward. Elena loses her shit over everything, and freaking erased her memories of Damon because they were too fucking painful for her. And all Caroline wants is just a little time to not be herself, to just turn it all off. She is the strongest character on the show, and for once, she just doesn't want to be strong.I think she is the most deserving of that.

This is one of the best Caroline videos I've seen recently! I absolutely love this character, she's a masterpiece. I can't say I'm a fan of how she was written in season 6, with how easily they pushed aside her mother's death and how she was written with her humanity off (honestly an Elena 2.0, which was fine for ELENA, but I just wanted to see Caroline handle her humanity switch differently. It could have been so interesting for her to be emotionless, but in total control of her actions.) and her relationships with every other character. I'm so sad, because I do not want the writers to ruin Caroline the way they've ruined nearly every character on this show. But I absolutely loved this video, your editing is gorgeous :)

My relationship with Caroline is weird, 'cause I didn't like her in s1, then I really liked her in s2 and the first half of s3, but then in the other half of s3 and in s4 I really hated her for how bad, she treated Klaus. (I know most of the people think the opposite, sorry, if your opinion is different, but then please ignore that part). In s5 I didn't really cared about her, but now in season 6 I totally love her again. And I love Steroline so much too.
