This is invaluable info, great stuff! I do a lot of these warm up moves but definitely learned some new ones. I’ve been warming up prior to riding for last three years. I feel everyone watching me, and I swear I am the only one in a 200 mile radius that does this. Never seen anyone else doing it 🤷🏻♂️. Thanks for the awesome content! I feel like less of a clown now 😂
