As a retired trial attorney, juries always have 1-2 jurors that get hung up and need to review all the evidence again. It could be a juror that can't decide if it is 1st-degree or 2nd-degree murder. Did Boatwright intend to shoot or was it accidental? I expect a guilty verdict in the end because the majority usually wears out the holdouts.
You don’t know how the shooters felt. Imagine all the trauma theyre going through and to sentence them can be very difficult when you look at things through their eyes

I get what Terri is saying. Some jurors might have a hard time convicting the ones who didn't actually pull the trigger. However they all planned it together. They all brought their own guns knowing that sometimes in a robbery you'll have to use it. So technically even though only one man did the killing they really all did it because they pre planned the armed robbery with the understanding that people might have to die so they don't get a pass just because they didn't pull the trigger themselves. It would obviously have been different if they were just going for a ride and one of their friends randomly just did it and they had no idea what was going down. However they knew exactly what was going down and that there may be casualties otherwise they wouldn't have brought guns. Plus they split the money and flossed with it. Absolutely no regard for the life that was taken. They knew he was dead and went on the gram to show off the spoils

Who would plea guilty for 2nd murder if they were innocent? That makes no sense. Even if he was the shooter himself, it’s on video that there’s at least another gunman and a get away driver making at least 3 people there.
They only actually deliberate approx 4 hrs a day. They come in at 10:30, leave for lunch by noon (take a thousand breaks), then leave by 4:30. Been in deliberations a week now. Judge is letting them make their own hours. I don't like this judge.

The reason the jury is taking so long is the short time they've spent deliberating each day. The jurors are arriving mid-morning and going home mid-afternoon. They've taken 17th March off. The average time spent deliberating each day is around 4 hours.
In 3 hrs they gave a man 2 life sentences for just his voice being on video. Here snitching would only speak to premeditation and events after the incident, the rest is given

Can someone tell me why the jurors are struggling to decide? I wasn't a fan of this artist nor have I been following this case, but with all the evidence against these defendant's has me a little confused. Never mind the snitch, what about the CCTV?
I watched the entire trial, based on my observations I think it may be an issue of it being 1st degree versus 2nd degree murder. I gathered that it could possibly be 2nd degree murder but most would probably disagree, but I could also be swayed.
On many occasions, they are cases that comes to court, with un-reliable witnesses testifying/testimony against known offenders. The duties that should be carried out by the prosecution team are as follows: 1. State clearly, that yes, the un-reliable witnesses has flaws, but! It doesn’t hide the fact, that they are witnesses to a crime. 2. Lay bare the traits of the offender. 3. Then produced the receipts/transactions/documents/pictures regarding the case; Which are the 'facts'. Also, a clear point and fact, that seems to be excluded from thought, is as follows: When a witness generally takes the stand, to give his or her testimony; That witness is actually snitching. So, if a convicted felon, is testifying i.e. snitches against his or her fellow accomplice(s) for a lighter sentence; It’s no different to a general witness testifying in order to get 'peace of mind', etc. At the end of the day: Surely, everyone’s aware, that; Facts, are Facts.
I don’t listen to his music but I remember the day he got killed vividly. And awaiting news on whether he was alive. Crazy to think one of them may be acquitted.
