I took broccoli and kale to my farmers market, broccoli was going like crazy, kale was not. Luckily I was only able to get 6oz out of what I grew. I was still able to sell all the kale just not at the market.
Yes, every market and customer base will be different but generally broccoli will sell alot better than kale. You can mix kale, broccoli and cabbage to make a superfood mix which would likely sell better than kale alone
