"Araki Forgot" belongs in F-tier, because people took it seriously to the point of genuinely believing that Araki was a shit author.
A lot of Araki Forgot memes are just bad faith and incredibly moronic criticisms of the series that could be easily debunked even by someone who's legally considered braindead, yet are hidden behind the thin veil of meme status to fly under the radar of mouth-breathing r/ShitPostCrusaders users.
And they just had to shit on hamon beat despite him not doing anything wrong with this situation. It just makes me hate this whole thing more, since everyone is pointlessly mean to each other, and it's all because of people's stupidity and the fact that they didn't pay any attention and don't understand jokes.

The ironic thing about killing dogs was that Araki actually loved dogs a lot. The reason why he had so many dog deaths happen in Jojo was because he wanted to convey the feeling of absolute evil and disgust in the antagonists. And the one thing that he felt would be so horrifying and disgusting and insane was the killing of dogs, the one thing he loved the most.

My name is Yoshikage Kira. I'm 33 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Morioh, where all the villas are, and I am not married. I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn't lose to anyone.
I will say, the Kira speech is an unbelievably great scene, despite the memes
Plot twist: King crimson doesn't actually erase time, it just makes him ethereal, puts everyone on autopilot, and then erases all their memories of the 10 seconds.

The "It Just Works" meme is very outdated, because it was created in a time of shitty scans, and when it was adapted for anime King Crimson is very simple--skipping time is hard to convey in comics because between panels there is already skipped time.

By extending the definition of meme to include these, you effectively make the word pointless. If “meme” just means “idea” then no reason exists to ever use the word “meme.”

The Reference meme was funny when the fandom was smaller, now it’s overused. The entire point of the meme was that it was basically an inside joke.

The rero rero will forever hold a very important place in my heart. The first time I watched JoJo I quit after about 3 episodes in because I was like “This IS really bizarre” but a year after my friend sent me a SpongeBob meme of squidward opening the door to yellow temperance “Kakyoin” going rero rero and I cried laughed and decided to toughen through part 1 which I found boring.
Funnily enough I’m rewatching part 1 and I’m like “Where is the boring??” I got to the Dio walking up the wall and “wowzers”, my past self was a fool. Honestly I blocked out most of p1 so it’s like I’m watching it for the first time!
I love how they’re all going on about how deep in the fandom one has to be to learn about Duwang when I knew about it long before I actually started JoJo

Purple hazes cry is actually "Uryshahya" extremely fast, faster than most every other cry, so it SOUNDS like gibberish, but it is indeed a true stand cry.
The thing with the King Crimson "how does/it just works" meme is that it was born from shitty scanlations and is only kept alive by either people who legit don't get it or people trying to keep a dead meme alive. The only thing keeping it from F is that it's more or less gone and that one time the front man of King Crimson the band referenced the meme on Social Media.

duwang is a poor translation from part 4. before part 4 had official scans or good translations in general, there was this one scan that existed, i think it was a translation from the chinese version of part 5? but im not sure. either way, it had some awful translations, for example:

"YOU are the super retard!"
"NO DIGNITY"

For the "Araki forgot" meme; this is a part 6 reference btw but in pt 6 you can see jolyne and some other Human characters grab stands with their bare hands when in part 3 where stands are first introduced you can see that if you try to punch a stand with your bare hands they will phase right through it because a stand is just spiritual energy in the purest form. i honestly think this is the BIGGEST "Araki Forgot" in JJBA

The "Cono Dio da!" meme is still funny as shit, just as long as it's used in the right context.
"Is that a jojo reference" only works ironically. Like in actually ironic use. And for that it works well. The tissue is that it is completely overused to the point where it loses the part that made it funny in the first place.
As a versus debater, I can confirm King Crimson is actually still confusing when you overanalyze it.
Something cool in the last part 3 op, you can actually see the way that kakyoin and joseph meet their end "well, I mean, joseph didn't but still, it shows a knife piercing his throat) you can also see the way that Iggy dies down the point of view
I like how in the time stop version you also see Dio’s presence more clearly during their deaths
I feel like you guys are too young to understand the 'memes' before memes was a thing.
WRYYY was iconic because it was unique, but what elevated it dramatically was a clip from the JJBA video game demonstrating *all* of the DIO memes put together. It was common in comparison to All your base belong to us. In the same fashion; translations of Part 4 and 5 was the primary memes of the jojo fanbase at the time - because that's the only translations we got.
So the "How does king crimson work?" is a meme because it was the most common question; part 4 duwang gang was bad, but part 5 was *really* bad in some versions: I clearly remember multiple pages being reduced to ~15 words at best - and that was the best I had access to. I was ~8 years old at the time, you think I'd understand how King Crimson works?
Duwang gang speaks for itself, but forgets all the terrible, terrible versions that thankfully didn't survive. Duwang is endless entertainment.
"Is that a jojo reference?" is exactly what it sounds like, except jojo have had such a constant stream of new readers that see their manga in almost *everything* It's no different than "is that a north star reference?" - the point is that jojo is *incredibly* easy to reference (or, to make memes of) relative to most other manga.

I feel like you had to have been reading the manga at a specific time for 'How does King Crimson work' to be funny, but if you read it in that time it's GREAT. It's not just that part 5's translation was bad, it's that part 4 was so obviously hysterically bad that everyone knew 'Hey this is obviously not what the source material is trying to convey'. Then you get to part 5 which wasn't hysterical bad but just ACTUALLY bad and readers were so desensitized by Duwang that no one considered it could be that far off from the source material. Everyone just kinda figured part 5 was poorly written and the translation was boring instead of being fully mistranslated. The worst part is that those scans included an explanation on King Crimson's powers that was WRONG. We all read it with an incorrect and mistranslated guide on time erasure that just straight up didn't match what we thought was happening in the manga. That whole fight was a fucking fever dream in the old scans like how the FUCK did King Crimson work?

My personal rankings of each meme:
-Kono Dio Da is a high C/low B for me, much like on your list. It was good during 2016/2017 when JoJo was initially growing in popularity among anime and internet circles, but it's just become pretty overused ever since and pretty much every creative version of the joke has been done already. I will say that it is still a good supporting meme in a much larger meme, though.
-Torture Dance, Jotaro vs. Dio, and Awaken My Masters are all S-Tier for the same reasons you already stated.
-Dead Dogs is an easy D-tier for me. Pretty much every meme that uses it has an obvious punchline, and when you come to realize that like half of the major dog deaths occur in Part 3 and that no dogs die after Part 4 (Unless there's one or two I'm forgetting about), the meme loses its gimmick and charm of being a series-spanning reoccurring theme.
-Stand Cries are F-Tier, and that's mostly because of personal biaess. I had a friend in middle and high school who used constantly scream "MUDA MUDA MUDA" or one of the other stand cries at least once every time I saw him and it got super fucking annoying very quickly. If we disregard my personal bias, it's still F/D-tier because there's not much you can do with the Stand Cries.
-S?TTASTFTA and its companion are D-tier. I've never been a big fan of most reaction memes, and those are two most reactiony reaction memes ever.
-Poses are A-Tier for the reasons you stated.
-Kira monologue is an F-Tier for me, being easily one of, if not my least favorite JoJo meme. Copypastas in isolated chambers like r/Copypasta are funny, but once they start getting used outside of that they lose any comedic value they might've had because it's very hard to tamper with a Copypasta without making it infinitely inferior to the original (Though I will admit when paired with sentance mixing in YTPs, the Kira monologue becomes super funny). As for hand memes, they're C-tier. They can be funny, but they can also be really unfunny, and that just makes the meme average for me.
-I have no real feelings about Banana Doppio because I rarely use r/ShitPostCrusaders.
-Koichi pose is high B/low A. I don't know why, it's just funny to me.
-Araki Forgot is somewhere between D and F for me, though I'm leaning more towards F. Even before the drama surrounding that meme started popping up, I never found either of Shuck's videos about it all that good. The first video's tone was too serious to convey the fact that it was a joke, while the second one was so blatant and obvious about the fact that it was a joke that it lost any satirical wit or irony that could've made it actually funny. And then when Araki Forgot started blowing up, you had a bunch of dumbfucks (Mainly anime-onlys, part skippers, and people with biases against specific) using the meme to hide very flawed and braindead criticisms of parts and characters behind the thin veil of a joke that anyone with a single functional neuron could debunk. And while I do admire Hamon Beat's attempts to clear up the misconceptions that were caused by Araki Forgot, he was way, way too elitist and hostile towards other JoJo fans during those videos, which only caused massive rifts between the Araki Forgot-ers and the Araki Forgot Debunkers. And then things got more messy when Shuck saw the Debunking Araki Forgot videos as an attack on him (Despite the fact that Hamon Beat made it clear in the DAF introduction video that he saw Shuck's video as a joke), and started retaliating back at him, all while completely downplaying and denying the idea that he might've contributed to encouraging and/or starting the misconceptions that came with Araki Forgot. So yeah, the aftermath of Araki Forgot was mess, and before that it was never too funny to begin with.
-Za Warudo is either C or B for me. It's too overused and only really works as a supporting meme in a larger meme.
-WRRRYYY is F-Tier for similar reasons to the Stand Cries.
-"How does King Crimson work?" is a D-tier. It's a meme that only really relates to older fans of the series and/or people who read the manga first, and since I'm neither I don't get much enjoy from it. If you're in one of those camps, "How does King Crimson work?" is probably super funny to you, but IDK.
-If I hadn't gone back to read the manga for Parts 1-5 last year, I probably would've ranked Duwang low. But since I did read them, I have to say: Duwang is the easiest S-Tier ever.
-Speedwagon memes are on a spectrum for me. Speedwagon Narrating Everything is an A-tier, maybe S-tier for me due to how absurd Speedwagon's narrations are and the fact they lead to a lot of comedic potential. Stroheim saying Speedwagon's name is funny, but it doesn't work in a meme so I'd rank it D-tier. "Even Speedwagon is afraid", "Speedwagon withdraws cooly", and the image of Speedwagon smashing the Stone Masks are just r/dankmemes or r/memes-tier reaction posts, so I'd give them a C or D. And I know I'm going to get a lot of shit for it from dumbfucks r/ShitPostCrusaders users and JoJo Instagram dwelllers, but I have never liked the "Speedwagon is best girl" memes. The punchline is the same every single time, there is little creativity between them. Not only that, but "Speedwagon is best girl" memes tend to be super normie bait, and the fact I had to just use the term "Normie" unironically is making me irrationally angry. F-tier, all the way, no questions.
-Loaves of Bread is B-tier. It's funny, but not much else.
-Licking in the context of YTPs and YTPMVs is an easy S-Tier, but outside of that they're just C-tier.
-To Be Continued gets the D-tier mostly due to how beaten into the ground it's become. It was funny at one point, but not any more.
-"WAS THAT A JOJO REFERENCE?" is an F-tier, both unironically and ironically. Unironically, saying it makes you sound like an socially inept loser who hasn't logged off of Reddit or Twitter in the past 7 months. Ironically, the joke's the same every time; It's just someone pointing at something and going "JoOj ReFeReNcE! Dur dur duuuuuurrrrrrr..." It's not funny, and especially annoying if you're not a JoJo fan.
If find someone saying "Is that a jojo reference???" a lot more annoying as a viewer/enjoyer of the anime. It seems like people think it's proper viewers use it. It feels like it's done to flame the comments

A few of them are true.
A lot of Araki Forgot memes are just bad faith and incredibly moronic criticisms of the series that could be easily debunked even by someone who's legally considered braindead, yet are hidden behind the thin veil of meme status to fly under the radar of mouth-breathing r/ShitPostCrusaders users.
Most of the legitimate araki forgot moments aren't ever mentioned. But people spam the fake ones EVERYWHERE.

Even though the “holy shit is that a jojo reference” is a very overplayed and annoying meme, it is still one of the most popular jojo memes and really cemented it’s place in the community. As much as it’s disliked, it’s so pivotal to jojo memes as a whole

I'm a bit torn on Torture Dance. On one hand, what they did was amazing & the fact it became an animation meme etc. and spread around like that is also pretty grand. But at the same time, perhaps because of its recency, before I got into JoJo I didn't see it anywhere or know what it was. I may have seen it somewhere before Once but that was about it - until I started looking up JoJo stuff when I finally watched it all. It's impressive but not necessarily funny, you know?
But you know another part 5 scene that I Did see, although I didn't connect it to JoJo, was the scene with Narancia, Mista & Abbacchio + 'the enemy', and that one? That one is hilarious.
