Great episode! Happy you enjoyed the roasted wings! Clay pot rice is so yummy too (secret is the sweetened soy sauce sauce and letting the rice burn a bit before scraping the bottom)! Must make a trip back!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
Thanks so much for your recommendation and wow haha, we didn't realise Danny W is aspiringdanny!! Now we know! We are missing Musang king durian today 😫
It definitely exceeded our expectations! Have you visited a lot of Malaysia? We only explored KL this time but can't wait to see more cities next time!!
Vietnam is definitely more affordable but surprisingly KL was only a little more expensive! We've also found that the shopping in KL is so affordable!! The starting price at the fake markets is quite good already 😮. What were your thoughts since you've been both to Vietnam and KL?
@@diontrann I think food and shopping are both more affordable in VN 🙂. I found Jalan Petaling too touristy, much like Ben Thanh markets 👎🏽. Please don’t go to Jalan Alor 🙄😁. Local night markets are way better 😁.
Hi Georgia! Make sure to download the Grab app, you can order a ride from there (similarly to Uber) 😁. The market is open morning to late but we think the best time to go is around the afternoon, it's more lively and once you're done with your shopping, all the food vendors around the outskirts of the market are open!!
YUUUUM! Mangosteen and Durian my favvvv
Yes!!!!!! And that interesting lychee, have you had it before?
Yeah it’s called something else in my language. Haha. It’s like a hairless rambutan. Very yum!
@@jobowobo5 yes! It seriously is like a hairless rambutan 😂😂

@@kimchitran6690 we saw $5 (AUD) super fashionable tops and even dresses at shopping centres in KL!
@@kimchitran6690 haha we went to Jalan alor on our last night, guess we went to all the touristy spots since it was Dion's first time
You should ask is vietnam more developed than kl or singapore. Not compare prices. It cannot be 1 to 1.
Hi guys what’s the best time to visit the market & do they have a taxi stand to get back to the hotel
