The classic “American Dream” fulfilled. He was one of my favorite actors, the “Strong, Silent ‘Type’.” In my opinion, one of his best roles was as the “Harmonica Man” In Peckinpaugh’s “Once Upon a Time in the West,” which takes Western noir and the anti-hero to a new level! If you are a Bronson fan and haven’t seen this, DO. You’ll be surprised who the blue-eyed villain is too!

He didn’t just portray tough guys. He was a tough guy. Anyone guy who had to wear a dress to school because his family was that poor had to be tough.
