The best idea is the worst 3000 fucking gems is more than FTP players can gather in a year. If its purpose is to give FTP and older players a chance then it cant be 3000
I have tried to collect 3000 gems, and I got it in just 2 months. You just need to be active in playing and completing quest chests, watching ads, and doing tasks for POV & POG.

That's more than a month if you are veeeery active and don't use gems anywhere but only save. That means in 40 days period i may be able to collect 3k gems for what - an old costume? No thanks, i'd rather take my 3k gems in new portals and try my chances! You are beta testers guys. Speak to those crazy people there in SG....
There is already an inflation of good heroes just because of Soul Exchange. Get your head out of your ass, there are ppl who spend lots and maybe couldn't get G. Gazelle or other good costumes. 3k is not that much compared to amount of summons others used to do for these heroes. There are costumes older than 18 months that are so game changing.
I understand your point, and I totally agree. I suggest you not to take my prediction as your main reference. Because it is possible that this number could be wrong. However, if you think about it, 3000 gems for a guaranteed hero costume (even if it is old), I think it is a small cost, knowing that the odds of getting a legendary hero or costume in most summon portals are very small. Which you can get nothing, even after spending 16K gems, watch some of my videos, and you will understand what I mean.

Good point! As far as I know, SG will always find a way, to try to grab your cash. Moreover, since the Heroes museum feature came out, maybe some players also want to try to complete their hero collection, who knows. 🤔

If you have 3000 gems, then more than likely you have paid or waited months and months to gather them. Take your chance in the Astral Elves or Goblin summon and get yourself x2 heroes rather than this utter con !!!!!!

yeah, if you have Guardian Panther, I suggest you get her costume too. even though She's been nerfed a few times, but as long as I use her, She's still pretty decent.
Lets be honest nobody cares about avatar prices as cosmetics are optional and gives nothing in advantage unlike hero costumes when with power creep happening so fast so older heroes needs these stat buffs to being viable to use lets no mention how absurd is paying 3000 gems for such an old costumes for me prize should be 500 gems at max

Why do SG have to change the Price of the costume 300 ,200,100 will be perfect but instead put a limit of 5 or 10 purchase max by session and one session every two month . Since the beginning of costume there might be over 200 costumes by now .
I don't know bud, maybe because the price is too small for a hero costume? considering that if you try to pull costumes in the costume chamber, it is very likely that you will spend even more than 10k gems just to get one hero costume.

When the 1st event starts, it should be up to 300 gems and provide many chances to get costumes ane then change it into 3k gems for legendary 5* heroes and put a limit of 5 to 10 heroes

3k gems sounds like a fair price. Imagine what if everybody can get Panther Costume (w/o costume is in Fated) for 300 gems, the same hero that many other players payed 20 souls 3-4 months ago. Really nice idea, can't wait for it to become live in game.

you will get the oldest costume first, then the second oldest, check my video when buying joon costume.
