Hope you guys enjoyed the video! To make the Cyberdark deck more consistent I removed unnecesary Cyberdark monsters (Cyberdark Horn, and Keel). Usually we only just need 5 Cyberdark monsters for Cyberdark End, and we don't usually summopn the OG Cyberdark Dragon. I playtested the Cyberdark Trap, Cyberdark Invasion. It's good, it can steal opponent's monsters from the GY, and gives Cyberdark End a +1 attack, but it's hard to go second with it. It is also a brick sometimes, since it's only good with our Cyberdark End, we don't also summon our Cyberdark monsters, besides Chimera and if we do, we usually just link it off or just use it as a Power Bond searcher. Reduced Clockwork Night from 3x to 2x, since it doesn't anything on it's own and it becomes a brick, since we need to set up our Cyberdark plays first with Cybernetic Horizon. The deck is in a difficult position, because it wants to have both monster and Spell/Trap in our hand. Monsters for Cybernetic Horizon, and Spell/Trap for Cyberdark Chimera. Adding Pots won't do, since we need specific cards in certain location. I just wish give us more support for Cyberdark or a re-train to the OG Cyberdark main monsters.
My favorite duel is easily Duel 5 at 7:33 I love just how bitter the back and forth is with Called By The Grave. Banishing one of the primary Link monsters the opponent was using as a negate to ensure the board would be empty for both you AND your opponent genuinely had me feeling like a side character in the show with how loudly I gasped.THE ENTIRE DUEL IS LIKE THAT! Such a marvel as someone who was initially having buyers remorse about the TCG version of this structure deck.
How 2025 can be one of the best years for cyber dragons/cyberdark 1. New support 2. The revoltech figure we’re getting of Ryo Marufuji isn’t as bad as the previous yugioh mc releases such as Judai 3. generic machine support that just has great synergy with CD like how we can use therion And with all 3 of these factors (2’s honestly the most important for me especially since they’re using his appearance after he officially becomes Hell Kaiser) this can be the comeback year for CD and I rest my case
Nice work Zed! 👍 For a second there, I thought this video was Cyberdarks declaring war on Tenpai! Some great wins here especially against Tenpai & that last one against Runick stun. I almost forgot how many options Cyberdark/Cyber Dragons have to remove some obstacles plus Clockwork Night is always ready to ruin someone’s day I would like to update my own Cyberdark deck one day but either long awaited support/ new decks show up or the cost of doing so becomes a hassle. Here’s hoping Cyberdark don’t have to wait for future support as long as they did last time
Cyberdark End is unaffected anyway, and Cyberdarkness can just negate it. If Cyberdarkness is put into def position, opponent can just summon a higher atk monster and beat right through it, then continue their combo
Hi Zed, I am playing RDA + Centur Ion. Do you think this cyberdark deck is more competitive than it? Or what else would you recommend me playing that is more competitive than RDA + Centur Ion?
Personally, RDA Centurion is better, since this can bring out lots of boss monster on one turn. Cyberdark/CyberDragon is better at board wiping, but it has to rely on Clockwork Night to bring out its full potential. Other decks that I can recommend are Dragon Links, HERO, Firewall/Code Talker, and the upcoming FTK deck Gimmick Puppet (wait for support next patch update)
Tenpai player did good, he did not misplay, and he couldn't pop or out power Cyberdark End (Cyberdark End is unaffected by activated effects). If he has another Sangen Summoning THEN he could win, but anything else nope
With such a low Cyberdark count you don't have any follow up plays when the fusion monsters die...and Cyberdark End and Cyberdarkness WILL die, they are not exactly game winning. You said you have done it to increase consistency but then run 2 og Cyber Dragon, Herz, Nachster, Clockwork and Cyber Eternal which make the deck even brickier. No Invasion either. This is hardly a Cyberdark deck, it's just a bad Cyber Dragon deck that tries to access the Cyberdark bosses instead of Infinity, and when going second goes for the Rampage OTK just like Cydra.
If the Cyberdark fusion monster dies, that's why we also play Chimeratech Dragons. Cyberdark are more of our defensive plays. I removed teh other CyDark monsters, because we can just use Cannon, Claw, and Chimera (Cyberdark End doesn't need specific CyDark cards). Playing CyDark Horn, Edge, and Keel all together will brick the deck even more, that's why I removed some of them, and have you ever want to summon OG Cyberdark Dragon that we want to play Horn Edge and Keel? You can run only one og CyDra to make it consistent, but not running Herz, Nachster will lose our potential for Chimeratech plays (Herz is also good for one of our CyDark Spell Cards). I brang down Clockwork to two because it is useless on it's own. Having Clockwork on 3 is a bit much and I don't want to open it every time. I don't play Invasion because this deck is more of a go second deck, than first. I will play Invasion if my intention is to prioritize on going first. Let's also be real If I want to play Infinity (which is better in CyDra), then I'll play CyDra then, but that is not the point of the video. We can't run Infinity efficiently here if we don't run cards like Galaxy Soldier, CyDras, and the new machine pendulum card.
as a cyberdark player this is as consistent as it gets since konami won't give us support! Removing the original cyberdark is a smart play because we dont even need them, new cyberdarks does the job done!
@@ZedLockYT With Chimera and Power Bond you aren't going to fusion summon more than once per duel. This isn't like Branded or Chimera that can vomit out fusions at will. You don't play Keel, Horn and Edge to summon Cyberdark Dragon. You play them because they are much more stable than the fusions and thanks to Cannon and Claw mill effects they can do a lot of toolboxing. Add Invasion to the picture and you get a consistent resource loop focused on advantage generation over the opponent. The small Cyberdarks got some tournament results, the fusions did not. You say you prefer to go second. But when going second summoning Cyberdarkness becomes even harder. Plus you want to go for the Rampage OTK rather than wasting resources for a ridiculous 5-mat boss monster. And Rampage, just like Infinity, works better in Cydra. So I ask you again, why aren't you just playing a more optimized Cyber Dragon deck instead?
@@ItzJokeryay the small Cyberdarks topped a regional though. What did the fusions accomplish in these 3 years? But that's beside the point. He should just play Cyber Dragon. His list is extremely Cydra-leaning already. It makes no sense to weaken it by trying to turbo the Cyberdark bosses.
@@testardonormanno8159 I know someone topped a regional with cyberdark, we can see it on the internet, but bruh even admitted the the orginal cyberdarks were trash. Bro played more traps, played dpe, and a lot of different engines. master duel format is different since all of the hand traps are available and one negate kills cyberdarks so i get why zed added the cyber dragon engine

Agreed we need some love for cydra/cyberdark
How often does the Forbidden Droplet come up btw? Could I swap it out for Maxx "C"?
@@YamonGogo Yes, you can, but it will be difficult going second if opponent sets up a lot of negates
@ZedLockYT You could technically run prosperity but it's banned now 😶
@@profdemaths6263 yeah, I had it at first, but I removed it when I saw the upcoming banlist
Wonderful! The fact that it's unaffected is a big advantage both going 1st and 2nd. Cyber Dragon and Cyberdark Dragon are both my favourite deck! 😁👍
Kaijus exist.

Good ol Cyberdark!!!
Only thing missing for Cyber is Cyber Dragon Synchro.
finally someone did not play the rubbish original cyberdark cards! Good job zed 👍
I tell you what though.. not having Overload Future Fusion at 3 should be a crime
M Nice video ZedLock 💯
Am I the only one who uses Fusion Tag (buster dragon or any monster)+King of the Swamp (either version)+Power Bond= CDED 10,000.
Thank you Sir
Is there a way to play this list but including cyber dragon infinity ?
Nice video, tho can you make one video where you play duel links maybe?
lez go cybedark deck user here
Would you believe that I won a game from cyber dark horn’s piercing effect?
How to deal with enemy going second and summon avramax?
