    I have gained 8kgs over the last year. I started getting back into it this week to get off this disgusting weight before we try for Baby no 3, PLEASE upload loads of videos of what you eat, that will help motivate me too haha. Goodluck I am so excited to watch your updates 😍😍 we can do this 👊👊

    Ash, I really loved how you came across in this video. Especially since it can be such a vulnerable topic to talk about, you do seem to have a very healthy mindset and approach to how this is going to go down. Your body does look great as is, but I understand that want to loose weight to feel YOUR best. Your measurements are very close to mine, but I am 5'8" so it does look different. Been on a weight loss journey myself and really appreciate seeing someone else who has a positive outlook on weight loss and fitness with reality in mind! Get it girl!

    HelloFresh is my life saviour! We don't have kids yet but being a full time working, married couple it just makes life easier. We have found we don't spend money on groceries we don't use, It makes groceries an absolute breeze (just breakfasts, lunches, fruit, cleaning stuff, toiletries), We don't have to think about what to cook, We aren't eating the same boring and probably unhealthy things due to lack of a better idea and we find we are eating less because their portions are spot on. Love love love 💗💗😊

      Oh thats awesome!! Like I mentioned I've only just started using them and I've LOVED them so far but its great to hear testimonials from others who have been using them for longer than I have who are still loving the service! You're totally right too about how much easier it makes groceries and you definitely save so much time having to shop for less when you do go out to the store as well as the fact that you dont have to spend the time sussing out what to make for dinner either!

    Love this Video :) i was wondering if you could give some tips on staying healthy during pregnancy and losing baby weight? I'm due with my first in December and I'm anxious about how I will be able to lose the extra weight I've gained. Planning on breastfeeding if possible which I know helps a lot! Thank you :) :)

      Hey beauty! Breastfeeding (if possible) usually helps to get rid of the excess baby weight but I found I lost heaps of weight by taking bub on little outings and things once I was completely healed. Going for walks seemed to make a big difference for me but everybody is different.

    Hi Ash! Long time subscriber and can I just say, lady you are gorgeous! I was wondering; where do you source all of your fabulous music for your videos? I attend the University of Newcastle (just a few hours down the road from you 😂😂) and am doing an assignment for which I need background music. Honestly, watching your videos is like having a coffee with a girlfriend, we have similar taste and style and the music you use in all of your videos is chic and ambient & would be PERFECT for my assignment! Its hard when we don't have the same stores as they do over there and stuff that seems to be relatively cheap overseas seems to cost a fortune over here! I've been finding some really affordable organising and decorating items/solutions that I can't wait to share with you guys

      I cant wait to see them Ash! You are such an inspiration. As a mother of a 6 month old I don't know how you manage with 3. We're both young mums and I really do look up to you! I know you can live this healthy lifestyle and I plan to try my best to join you :)
      I would love to see some meal ideas, workout ideas (even if they are from the book) and some insight into how you're feeling about it all because, odds are, someone on here will feel the same. Keep yourself motivated and try your best to focus!
      Since having my son I have tried to start loosing weight but now I have you to do it with!!! Goodluck to us and anyone else trying!!

    I don't even think it was necessary for you to say "please be kind" your body is to die for! I don't even have kids yet and you have a better body than I do. But I understand its about you feeling comfortable with yourself not what other people think. But I did just want to chime in that you look absolutely amazing already

      Sometimes I do for myself and my mother because we don't really eat a lot of the foods that the others eat (steak, pies, roast meat etc) but mostly everyone eats the same thing :)

    Oh no! How'd you break your foot? I swear ive been putting on some weight this winter and im almost at a point where i need to jump back on being a bit more strict. Been exercising awesomely everyday but its the food this winter lol. I've thought about Hello Fresh but never looked into it properly. Good luck getting back to where you want to, you still look great now! Perfect time to do it before summer heats up 😁❤

      Will you believe me if I told you a tripped over a ridgeback haha?! I have weak ankles as it is so I tend to just roll them occasionally and sometimes my feet just snap from too much rotation. Not fun but manageable haha! You should definitely give HelloFresh a go! The produce I received was/is honestly SO fresh. I had one of the apples yesterday and they're to die for

    Hello fresh is very overpriced and doesn't cover all meals. Have you thought about thehealthymummy? It's made to work around the hectic schedules that us mummies have. It also incorporates simple exercises that you can fit into any time time of the day. The Facebook support group is also AMAZING!!!!

      Bec Hall you think? I found it to be very well priced for the amount of produce I received! The 'fresh' fruit and vegetables I've found at my regular grocery store lately has been nowhere near up to parr and doesn't seem to last as long as the items I got from HelloFresh. Everybody has different solutions that work for them as individuals though so if you've found something that works for you then power to you! I have really loved my experience with HelloFresh so far though! Have you placed an order with them before? I haven't heard of helthymummy before! I'll have to look it up!

      Ash Jackson I lost 42kg with the healthy mummy! I was on their adverts and I'm on their website. It is amazing how supportive everyone is! And you can put through your results and win prizes each month ect. Very supportive and very maintainable.

    I've put on around 25 kilos in the last three years, my problem is that I was really small in high school (both height and weight) and I'm not sure if I basically had a second puberty and grew six inches. I know I'm not as healthy as I was but and I've been trying to work on that but I don't know how much was just normal with my growth

    Hey Ash. You should really try intuitive eating as opposed to calorie counting! It's changed my life. Eating 3 times a day until you're full and satisfied really helps reduce the chance of binging on unhealthy food. Even though maybe the weight won't come off as fast as it would when you're counting and reducing calories, you'll find the results are much long term and you'll be able to stick to your goal weight for good. Think of it more as a lifestyle as opposed to a diet :) That's what I've found works for me anyway. Plus most of my calories are from whole plant foods so I find that the portions on my plate are a lot bigger than they would be if I was eating meat and dairy because plant foods are much less calorically dense, but yeah! Good luck on your journey :)

      Hey beauty! I definitely need to give a proper update on this, I have a vlog filmed where I address it but have yet to edit and upload it. In short, not so much- it was a bit of a contributor to my decline in health however that wasn't because veganism itself isn't a sustainable lifestyle- its because I didn't take the time to fuel my body properly with proper vegan foods as opposed to more accessible vegan options like chips and certain biscuits. I dont really consume any meat or dairy however and try to be more conscientious about the source of the foods that I eat and I am definitely keen on going back to veganism when I can get my diet and health under control :)
