bought this today and after trying bath stools 3 diff kinds and a bath slat that goes across for showering i decided im going to treat myself . after nearly 3 yrs of struggling to try and get in and out of the bath after hurting my spine i bought this , ive just tried it out and im not a skinny girl around 19 stone so was thinking oh god is this going to even work , so i charged it for a while and yes magic it comes up so high so easy to get onto , then lowered me down into my bath , now im thinking oh god please work and go back up lol but yes its fantastic , 200 pound spent very wisely, no more trying to get out the bath and cant sitting there in tears thinking how the fuck am i going to get bk out

Our lift is stuck in the top position. I think it was raised too high. How can this be fixed?

I have one of these. I have had to have the motor replaced 2 times in less than 2 years. My chair only gets used 2 times per week. I am not impressed as it is starting to go again. I see this is a flaw of this seat. I hope the problem gets fixed.

We just got out lift a little while back. From what I can tell, the only way to recline the seat when fully lowered is the remove then back rest entirely. Other than that, there is no way which I know of to recline the seat any further than the lowest the seat will go.
