Muscle does mean strength, it just depends what kind of muscle fiber you are training for. High rep low weight gives you more red longlasting fibers, low rep high weight gives you more white fiber , but of course you cannot completely change the muscle, for example your abs will always be red fiber dominant because they are build to last for long "exercise" like standing the whole day. Your biceps is made more of white fibers, for explosive power but not long lasting

In un certo senso tazio è stato più astuto il pastone di legno pesa meno di quello d alluminio e in fibra di carbonio e già questo parte in vantaggio (è una mia supposizione ,correggetemi se sbaglio ;)
Sbagli in quanto sicuramente quello in fibra di carbonio è più leggero anche perché vista l estrema resistenza è cavo. Cmq nn credo che faccia la differenza qualche grammo in meno ma conta la tecnica oltre alla concentrazione la forza e una quantità di allenamenti smisurata.
