Hannah, her Matron of Honor, Elizabeth, and I are booked in the Yacht Club on the MSC Seashore for one of her "pre-wedding" celebrations. So excited to treat them to this trip before the wedding. 😊I love watching your videos so much, as always!!
Is it possible to snorkel right off the beach at yacht club? Or any of the other beaches on Ocean Cay? Would you have brought Poppy to the Yacht Club house or is it more of a “adults only”?
There may be area to snorkel off the main beach and cove but the yacht club area was a bit rougher waters. However, they do have snorkel gear at the Yacht Club beach area. We would have brought Poppy to the Yacht Club area and it is definitely family friendly.
And if you're going with a family and have someone who likes to sit and the beach to relax, get the beachfront cabana! They are nice. I hate those itineraries where the stop at Ocean Cay is the day before disembarkation. We're sailing aboard Seashore next month (June 23rd!!) and Ocean Cay is our first stop (and it's an overnight stay). The Junkanoo parade & light show at Lighthouse Beach is fantastic!
I’m from the island so local folks, we say key not kay! But yea it does spell cay. Some islands you would see they spell it as kay as well! However, it’s nothing wrong to say cay 😊!

Thank you! There was a menu in the yacht club that listed it! (Along with cocktails) I would suggest it. It was delicious!
Is there any "free food" included on the island?
yes they have things such as burgers, hot dogs and fried that are included.

We honestly hear it referred to when we are there by both.
