Once a Nepali came to our village in search of work he is from very remote area of Nepal. During work I serve him dairy product of my house. I asked him how it is as I also live in a village so I was just curious to know his opinion towards our dairy products because he is also from a village. Instantly he criticized 😂 and it was so funny for me because I thought he will praise the taste of curd, milk and ghee. Then he said if he live near our village he would bring his own dairy product for us. He was very sweet person. I wish I can met him again.

While he might present a polished image in interviews, the ground truth paints a very different picture. This man hasn’t done a single meaningful thing to improve the lives of the people of Uttarakhand. From rising unemployment to the constant paper leaks that shatter the hopes of hardworking students, his government has left the youth disillusioned and struggling for opportunities. Promises are made, but progress remains invisible. Then there’s the destruction of our environment in the name of ‘development.’ Under his watch, projects like drilling into the fragile Himalayas and mass tree-cutting for highways have wreaked havoc. Villages are sinking-remember Joshimath? Landslides are becoming routine, rivers are choking, and the forests that protect us are disappearing. All this so a few can profit while the common people bear the brunt of disasters. His leadership has normalized mismanagement. Farmers are neglected, small businesses struggle, and our cultural heritage is being eroded. Roads might be widened, but what good are they when our youth are forced to migrate for jobs, and disasters regularly cut us off from the rest of the country? If you're praising him, take a closer look. The facade he presents hides an administration that has failed its people at every step. Uttarakhand deserves much more than this shallow leadership. The state needs someone who genuinely cares about its people, environment, and future-not just someone good at giving interviews. 🙏🙏

Uttrakhand Himachal Kashmir all have very unique cuisine for sure. even some grains and vegetables are different compared to other parts of India. They eat far more nutritious food compared to people from the plains. it was in Nainital where I tasted Bhang ki chutney for the 1st time. they eat it with a lightly spiced boiled chana. its kind of a tea time snack. hope to explore more of these states soon.
Shi baat h..we went to chakrata and Masoori a few weeks ago and i must say the infrastructure especially the roads of UK even the local roads are very very good. We appreciated the CM even though we didn't know about him throughout the trip.
