Get productive breeds suited to your area. If you want to build an animal farm then build a large steel shed with plenti of opening ventilation holes, concrete floors raised above the ground with gates either side and a large manure pit/fall just out side the gates on one end and concrete floors and no walls in the shed, but have all gates in the shed that could be opened up so that when the animals are in the field a small tractor could scrape the floors of the shed and clean up the manure and put it in the pit/fall where the ground is the lowest and you have a trolly parked. Since the building will be above ground by the height of the trolley, the manure could be scraped strait into the back of the trolley. Have Concrete floors manholes and drains every where. That is how it's done in the UK. Get good breeds of animals and seeds and keep a record of how they function with different foods. Watch videos on modern farming practices. It needs to be very easy to clean. Don't tie the animals let them roam around freely. Chicken and bird farms have perches and grates above ground too and the droppings go on the concrete floor and a small tractor could get under and scrape it too. You could make methane gas out of manure too. Do not to be cruel to animals and let calfs meet their mums. Plan it so that you could expand it in the future and get vacume pump slury tankers too etc and other machines. Farms in the West have a repair shop too. if you design the building so that it is easy to clean, one person could look after thousands of animals. Have a water tank and pipes to the drinkers. You put the drinkers for animals every where and they contain a toilet float valve so that more water comes out automatically as they drink water. So that the drinkers are always full. Use tractors to cut the grass and store it and deliver it to the animals in the winter. Pakistan is out of dollars that is why they are stuck with the IMF. Encourage people to grow food, set up factories, reduce imports and increase exports. Don't buy imports. Have your own internal companies for social media too like the Chinese do. Get sports equipment and clothing companies to have their own brands and sponsor players and teams and offer free equipment to players that come infront of the media.
