I have mixed feelings about the studio being defunct and replaced by successor, Cartoon Network Studios. On the one hand, it is disheartening. But on the other, I liked some of the shows from the '90s, especially some from the first half of the decade; the second half doesn't interest me as much. I just never really cared for the direction they went in the mid-late '90s and if the studio had still existed, and more shows were made after the Powerpuff Girls, it probably would've continued going in the newer direction. I grew up watching some of the shows and in recent years, I got into some I hadn't heard of nor knew existed. But I wish I had known about and seen those other shows sooner. I always loved both Swirling Star logos the most or the best. I'm more into the T.V. specials, especially the literary-based ones, than the T.V. series, but I have some favorites in that medium that I like as well. Out of all the shows I've seen, whether as a child or in my adulthood, my most favorite HB series of all time remains CBS Storybreak.

But they used that font during the end credits of the last two seasons of the Smurfs before they’d show the swirling star logo that I grew up on.
