My absolute favorite is the first one with the "Neon Mickey" music! I also kinda love the 2000-2004 and 2002-2011 logos, those were a huge part of my childhood.
This is confusing to me so 3rd to latest (except 6th ones because showing text with different languages and no music is kinda dislikeable to me). Also, what happened to some missing logo?

That's an amazing logo history of Disney Channel, Jonty! You know what? Disney Channel has a lot of nostalgic TV shows and I'm pretty sure they will bring so many good memories to people that watched these shows as kids in the United States! The logos are also pretty good (with my most favorite being the 7th logo, which is the most memorable logo from Disney Channel). However the 8th logo is the weakest by far, and is just a downgrade because the animation is even cheaper than the previous logo. That ending though... WHAT THE HECK. Anyway, great video!

Great video Jonty! More variants from the first logo I've never seen before, and I never saw the sixth logo until watching this video. My favourite logos from Disney Channel Originals are the third, fifth, seventh and fourteenth logos. The third and seventh logos bring back nostalgia to me the most, and it's a shame the eighth logo (2007-16) was used longer than the seventh logo (2002-11). Despite that, I noticed the funny ending in this and it was HILARIOUS! The addition of the "Well, here we go" clip by Ray Noble completes it, LMAO X-D Looking forward to your logo history on Nine Network! :-)
Thanks, mate! It was a pleasure to find more variants from the first logo. I do remember the 2002 logo the best. Shame it wasn't used as long as the eighth, although I do also like the eighth logo. It's a pleasure to hear that you liked my funny ending with the legend himself, Silvio Santos. I decided to add Ray Noble because of the funny bit on your Fox Interactive logo history. Stay tuned for my future videos. Looking forward to doing more Australian ident histories!
Hey jonty, thank you so much for showcasing my logo finds from the First Disney Channel logo section. 😍 Its truly an honor to be a part of your logo history. Hope you continue to grow your channel so that logo histories could be popular once more as in the early 2010s. Great job on the logo history on the Disney Channel logos by the way. I'm truly fond and nostalgic of the 7th logo. I grew up with the disney channel in the mid 2000s. I'm so glad to be part of that generation. In case you're wondering what logo finds I had found, its 0:31 - 0:44 and 1:14 - 2:41.
8th logo- in the first half of season 3 of phineas and ferb, disney took off the credit of "Disney Channel Original" off phineas and ferb because Disney XD was premiering new episodes before Disney Channel can do it.
The best logos are from 1984 - 2007 The spacey background in 1984 kind of makes it cooler. I like how the home video logo pans to reveal the name of the show then the logo for the channel. I won’t talk about 1995 because that logo doesn’t have anything special with it. I like how 1997 has so many different variants of the logo. I like how the 1997-2006 logo has a unique color for the channel. I like how 2001 has the TV shaped like a Mickey head changed to different colors and the background is cool. 2002 is cool because I like how the logo forms itself and the background with fireworks. 2007 is bland because it’s basically the same as 2002 logo but it forms differently
2019 was the best year for Disney Channel to showcase programs like Sydney to the Max, Just Roll With It, Gabby Duran and the Unsittables, and Amphibia. The most interesting part about watching it was the rebranding. I would always like Disney Channel because it keeps me in a good mood. But the most important thing about it was whenever Jim Pratt, the voiceover for the channel, says “On Disney Channel!”, I started singing the famous four note jingle. And I’m telling you, if Disney Channel will air more shows and original movies soon, enjoy them for a while.
Great video, Jonty! You are the best! Keep it up! I also liked the 1st one cuz it was classic and the 8th one was awesome because it is the only one starting i remember which was really nice. And, what is that meme in the end lol.
Great logo history Jonty! Disney Channel was a nostalgic part of my childhood, so many good shows! Fun Fact: The Dancing Mickey logo (as well as the baton variant) comes from the classic short Thru the Mirror! (Which inspired the game Epic Mickey!)

What are your favorite logos from Disney Channel Originals?
Mine would be the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 12th, 13th, and 14th logos!
The third (1997-2000), fifth (2000-04), seventh (2007-16) and fourteenth (2019-present) logos are my favourites from Disney Channel Originals

Also, what happened to some missing logo?
The fifth one to be exact.
4:59 I remember this being at the end of Even Stevens when it was still re-running, in the late 2000s, it also aired on CBBC
Despite the show airing in 2001, there were some airings from 2001-sometime also in 2001 where it had the space variant of the 1997-2001 logo

7:09 that “yeaah” creeps me out
It kinda weirded me out as a kid lol
That’s my favorite one, haha. It’s so obscure and you immediately remember it after hearing it years later. I love how weird and obscure it is
2000 music
@@SevenFootPelican It definitely left a memory on me :)
Me gustó el Disney channel 2001 4:49
6:33 this is better than the one they use now
Agreed. It's considered iconic for a reason haha.
6:11 Agreed, just ask the jigging and the sparks than the 8:19 non jigging stiff logo
As someone born in 2009, the 7th, and 8th logos (6:10 - 9:34) are the most nostalgic to me
As someone born on 2010 can confirm this
as someone born in 1999, I can confirm that the 7th and 8th are the most nostalgic too 🤨
Same, I was born in 2003
Same here for someone born in 2006
Yes
Perfect as always! I've watched Disney Channel back in the old days!
The 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 8th logos are my favorites.
4:46 is my favorite logo and I am from gen-z
1997 - 2004 is where my nostalgia lies 🥺 God I feel old.

7:38 THIS LOGO LOOKS HUGE!
The 4th logo was used from My Playhouse disney favorites Bear in the Big Blue House :)
0:16-0:28 who would’ve thought this would start with one of the most infamous things to have the Disney name on it.
0:22 - 2:44 1st logo (1984-1995)
2:58 - 3:00 2nd logo (1995-1997)
3:03 - 4:34 3rd logo (1997-2001)
4:45 4th logo (1997-1998, 1998-1999, 1999-2006)
4:46 - 5:28 5th logo (2001-2004)

9:41 10th logo (2015 no video footage)
9:45 11th logo (2016-2017 no video footage)
9:46- 9:50 12th logo (2017, 2018)
9:51 - 9:53 13th logo (2018-2020)
9:53- 9:57 14th logo (2019-present)
10:03 15th logo (2020 no footage found)
Great video Jonty!

Tr3x, most of those 1st logo variants were found by me. Your welcome. 😄
The seventh one is the one I have fond memories of.
Same here
i love the one logo that mickey dances inside of the tv
Me too and the music is catchy
I'm not reading all that
@Panastone2763 it's OK. 😃 you don't really have to read all that.
I'm just grateful that my logo finds are showcased on this logo history! 😊
7th logo is what I grew up with I miss this it was so iconic to me and seeing it now reminds me when I was 7 again
Yeah indeed
3:02 i thought that mickey mouse used an L finger one kind of funny tho lol 😭😂
At the start of 4:45, I love this version because it's super colorful
8th logo- in the first half of season 3 of phineas and ferb, disney took off the credit of "Disney Channel Original" off phineas and ferb because Disney XD was premiering new episodes before Disney Channel can do it.
3:55 this appeared at the end of syndicated airings of Gumby the Movie, specifically around 1998-1999
6:17 That is from a 2002 print of Brink.
4:01 the iconic sea version of the logo used from 1997-2000
The best logos are from 1984 - 2007
The spacey background in 1984 kind of makes it cooler.
10:13 Molly McGee: I LAUGHING SO HARD! 😂
Great video. I love all of the logos
i like how the most replayed part is just silence
Great video, Jonty! You are the best! Keep it up! I also liked the 1st one cuz it was classic and the 8th one was awesome because it is the only one starting i remember which was really nice. And, what is that meme in the end lol.
3:49 the 1997 colors variant - that’s rare
Great logo history Jonty! Disney Channel was a nostalgic part of my childhood, so many good shows! Fun Fact: The Dancing Mickey logo (as well as the baton variant) comes from the classic short Thru the Mirror! (Which inspired the game Epic Mickey!)
Thanks, Zach! Wow! Nice fact!
The alternate purple Mickey animation comes from the short Mickey's Follies (1929).
