When you bought rice I recognized a phrasal verb on a sign: "Look out for the red bubble". From the context, like how you taught us. A little thing, I know, but something that made me happy 🙂

I have to admit Italian ingredients make a better risotto, but I'm not so chauvinistic and have learned to adapt my cooking with local ingredients.
Abito in Olanda e faccio del mio meglio a usare ingredienti chilometro zero.
Mi avete fatto venire fame, ora mi faccio un bel risotto alle pere.

I've been following you for a few months now; thanks to you and your lessons, I now speak some English, but I'm still an absolute beginner. I would like to ask you a simple question: Why don't you propose some "life cases" for example: What to do at the post office or how to pay a fine at the police station, or even what to do in a shop to buy a dress; an ordinary situation in court.....these are just some cases that I think would be useful to get to know your language better. What do you think? Sorry for my very bad English .
