This is cool, and is there a way for Excel to correlate the data to how much the circles overlap?

I am using office 365 for college and neither of these options are available for me in my excel version. I can not use anything related to smart art. I can add the shape but I am unable to highlight multiple shapes. No menus pop up for shape formatting.
