My visa was refused 2 times in the month of March both times issue is accomodation document issue but that workpermit I apply for visa again or new workpermit apply
You don’t use same work permit if it’s rejected two times . Better apply new work permit . If you want to take trial again you can but chances is low . You should have made appeal .
Hlo sir I made a mistake in selecting the "Type of document authorizing you to work" option. I need to choose the "Numer decyzji/ postanowienia w sprawie zezwolenia na pracę cudzoziemca na terytorium RP (typ A, B, C, D, E)" option, but I selected the wrong one.

Sir at the time of registration we also need to fill the arrival date in Poland and departure date from Poland. In case one is not selected in the lucky draw these dates may not work. To apply for new dates can we register again?
Yes you can choose advance date considering 45-60 days , that’s not an issue.

No you will get slot by embassy to submit your file in person
