And here when I see a country that send a nuclear frigate against us in 1971 war, and it's ally denying us GPS in 1999 war questioning our Space and Military spending amazes me.

According to the uk's government department the so called aid to India also supports Uk's prosperity. They generate a return for Britain by creating new market for trade & investment, so it's clear it is not donation/aid. It's an investment and the aid is not human centric.
India gives a lot of grants to many nations for a particular years close to 500 millions pounds and it's purely human centric unlike uk. India's aid beneficiaries also includes nations which were looted, invaded or colonized by British.( Unlike uk😏).
India has extended development assistance in the form of LOCs more than 30 billion dollars to 65 countries. So Uk please keep your so called aid to yourself.

Let's forget the foreign aid - there should be no foreign aid going anywhere until we are in a financially better situation. Next point is: if the UK is so bad why are so many Indians, and others, signing up for UK university courses? We have said no to aid long time ago but since the so called aid is used for geopolitical gains, they are adamant to send it. Why would a space program rule out aid? India's alocates 0.04% of its GDP for space to provide to assistance to its poorest through remote sensing, meteorology and science. The British impoverished her over centuries using de-industrialisation. It is estimated that 45 trillion USD was extracted in India by the british. Scores will not be settled until the british face the kind of poverty we witness in India. The time has come for the britain to pay for the generetions of pain and suffering it caused to India.
