The Canon 1DMk1 up to the 1DMKIV are not APS-C (x1.6 crop) but APS-H (x1.3 crop).

95% of the videos I have filmed have been made using my DJI Osmo Action 1 (£208 from ebay a couple of years ago). I have bought a Sony ZV-E10 for doing video but unfortunately they don't work very well with the gimbal I have. My 90D works better with that. The 4K video quality is really good from the ZV-E10 and at £769 it was a good buy. I've only got 3 lens for it. The original kit lens 16 - 50mm power zoom, Sigma 16mm f1.4 and the sony 55 - 210 F4.5 - 6.3. I do have a Sigma 70 - 300 EF lens for my Canon which also is a macro lens. I bought than many years ago for my 350D but still works really well on my 90D

Personally I go for the 1dx mkii

@@joewhitnallphotography personally I think budget lenses like sigma 150 600 c or 400 5.6 or even EF macro lenses would be interesting to see. I guess also most people going into macro would wonder if the new macro function of rf 85 2.0 can keep up with a sophisticated older macro lens

I have video covered with a pro camcorder. I have the 6D and just picked up a 1D mk.4. Very impressed with the quality and performance so far of that. I am looking at a 1Ds mk.3 next. The additional glass coming. I will not go to mirrorless anytime soon. Just too expensive, and I can't justify that kind of money.
